Review 1：The wifi was free but a great connection

Review 3：Luxury hotel, we had a large set of rooms, well equipped and furnished. Main restaurant closed, we ate in the Palio, which was OK. Staff helpful, parking available on site. Breakfast good.

Review 4：The Hotel is being renovated of which nothing was mentioned at the time of my booking. the carpets in the corridors were being ripped out during my stay. there was a lot of dirt and dust that one carried into the room. At breakfast the staff was unattentive. Although there was a menue for warm dishes, nobody asked if one wanted to order something from that. it was as if the staff would rather try to avoid contact to the customers, rather then being allert to their wishes. Disappointing in a, at other times, good Hotel.

Review 8：There were major renovations going on in the hotel to modernize the bedrooms. Nowhere on your website was this indicated! We were shown to our room where we could hear the workmen drilling and banging right above us. This started at 8am until 6pm.

Review 14：In the large sitting room next to the Reception there was a coffee machine. No notice about paying. When I dared to use it a German lady member of staff jumped on me and demanded 3 euros. It spoilt my stay which cost nearly 600 euros for 2 nights. Such a shame.

It was charming and I highly commend them. We will be back in the future. Also, it they serve an excellent breakfast.

Review 71：The lounge was big with a variety of areas with different seats to lounge in, good for a group. The staff were attentive without being pushy. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated and the bathroom had everything you need. The reception staff were helpful with advice on the area and helped us to print out our boarding pass for our return journey. The pool and sauna area was always clean with plenty of towels. An all round excellent hotel.

Review 81：We stayed at the Furstenhof for five nights in August. It was a short notice, get away from it all break. The hotel is really nice, very convenient for the main train station in Celle. I asked for adjoining rooms and we stayed on the top floor of the original building. Lovely big rooms and shower rooms. The housekeeping staff made sure they were immaculate every day and folded down the bed in the evening. The hotel pool was very clean and quiet. The breakfast has to be one of the best, if not the best, we have had anywhere.

Review 82：The bathrooms for a 5 star hotel could be bigger and better. The building where the sleeping part of the hotel is has no charm - I was expecting that we where staying in something that looked like the main house. The balconies outside the rooms are very run down and need maintenance.
