Review 1：There was no refrigerator in the room. No snacks, or food available for late arrivals.
Review 2：We liked the breakfast, the personnel were very nice. The Hotel was very clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
Review 3：Parking underground not secured at €7 charge. Minibar is confirmed to be in room...2 warm bottles of water and no fridge. Go figure...

Review 5：We booked rooms online very last minutes. And the receptionist (One Person not all of them) was there treated us not nice at all at the begining. The stuff even made a sound of clicking tongue. That wasn't terrible.

Review 20：A minor hickup was in the room we had the internet modem was not working and they had no replacement. We could still get Wi Fi internet access in the public areas and the lobby machine was available.
Review 21：Room was great with a balcony overlooking the courtyard garden, pond and outside eating area of the restaurant. All the Staff were friendly and helpful. THe hotel was clean and comfortable.
Review 22：Just some nitpicking: For a breakfast, we think 15 euro per person is a lot of money, so we would have preferred a cheaper breakfast alternative. It's hard to get used to everything (worth watching) being dubbed to German on the TV, so we would have liked more international channels, e.g., BBC.
Review 23：The rooms were very clean and comfortable. When we arrived we were welcomed by some nice Easter chocolate, but also a bowl and a snack for our dog. We sometimes have the feeling that we almost need to sneak in our dog, so this made us feel very welcome! There was free tea and coffee in the lobby. The (wireless) internet worked flawlessly. Thanks to the underground parking garage we felt safe about our car and everything in it.
