Review 1：-The guy at the reception in the night was very rude and has not a client service skills. -Shower had some food leftovers and was not cleaned in two days. -The floor of the rooms really need to be changed.

Review 2：The staff of the kitchen were very helpful and nice people to me!

Review 3：You have to pay 1€ for 4 hours using wifi. Allegedly, you can logout and safe your time for the next (e.g. use 2 hours now, 2 hours tomorrow). But it did not work for me. Also, I noticed a lot of other people having the same problem. For it seemed like they just want to get money. Soap was out all time. Better bring your own.

Review 4：Nice staff, good location, breakfast okay. You can purchase lunch and dinner but be sure to add it as soon as possible. I asked for warm dinner but it was sold out. Still you can get bread and stuff.

Review 23：The price given on this homepage did not match the actual price, whichis an absolut no-go in my book. The price only applies to owners of theJH-card (ymca card Germany), which in my case added an extra 23€ or so.I ended up paying twice what booking.com promised. I don't knowwhere the mistake was, but I as the customer of both was unhappy withthe result.

Review 24：It was close to where I needed to go (Schwentine) and only 5 minutes tothe main station by bus (bus stop nearby). Basic, clean, ok - yourregular Youth Hostel.

Review 25：Some of the receptionists can't speak any english. While paying, they (the manager and receptionist) wanted me to pay bookings that had been canceled a week ago. When wanted the receptionist to sell me the access code for the internet so that I could show him the emails from booking.com that confirm the cancelation, he told me: "I don't have any codes left" (!!!) and this was it for him. It took us big effort to make them even check it out. When they realized that we were right, they became VERY UNPLEASANT, and made us pay some extra charges (age fee, hostel card fees). No juice for breakfast.
