Review 1：The room downstair close to the reception might be a little noise with people in and out. Better if you can get on room upstairs. Very minor noise to say I complain.
Review 2：Excellent location in close proximity to JAC terminal if you want to take a bus to Pucon or other destinations nearby. Wifi works very well, people is very friendly and helped me booking transfer to the Temuco airport. I would stay there again for low cost.
Review 3：We had such a long day of travel, and arrived late at night. The hostal was warm, "homey," and inviting, and so was the staff member on duty, who brought sandwiches and water to our room. This was exactly the type of experience we needed, and I have absoutely no complaints. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Review 13：Three blocks from main plaza. Beautiful, new, shiny, sparkling clean. Excellent breakfast. Good heat and shower. Gated entry for safety and staff helpful with directions, calling taxi, etc. Very professional operation yet warm and welcoming--offered hot coffee after a cold day of touring! Owners available and allowed me to extend one additional day. Two of the four nights I was there they were full and I can see why!
