Review 1：Air conditioner work strange for heating: it can start heat only after 30 minutes, may off when it want, and noisy. Power completly off in a room when you leave it so in the evening it was verrrry colllldddd.

Review 2：Frendly stuff, reasonable prices, convenient car parking. Pretty quet. Very clean in the room. Hot water (remember, we was in winter). Breakfast: pretty good for such money: boiled eggs, 3 kind of cheese, two kind of ham, toasts, some vegetables, flakes, hot tea and instant coffe.

Review 3：The room had an interconnecting door, the neighbours did not make much noise but you could hear everything. I complained about this and asked for another room, not possible yet on Booking.com they still offered rooms. Next morning after having a shower they knocked on the door, what we where doing because water was coming through by the next room! The water was cold, no hot water, we had 2 minute shower because of this, place is falling down and they ask me what are we doing?

Review 9：1. Location is awful - far from Larnak, Aya napa and closest decent beach. Bus station next to the hotel has no shelter, so even a 5 min wait is a torture. 2. Towels were changed every 3 days and only were willing to change for extra fee. 3. Shower in the changing room didn't work. 4. Breakfast was not eatable. 5. There wasn't a sink in the bathroom, so after a shower everything was full of water. 6. Paid wifi was fast, but awfully expensive - 6 EUR a day. 7. Double bed was just 2 small beds put together.

Review 11：The only thing that caused us difficulty was the lift and my wheelchair. Although we managed to get into a very old small lift it wasn't easy to get me out. If an older less able couple were in this position they would have problems and it wouldn't be as easy.

Review 13：Small and cosy room. Spotless and carefully maintained by the kind and responsive staff. Great pool as an amenity of the hotel. Restaurant with delicious food and kind staff. Close to the sea.

Review 20：All in all good value for the money but the Hotel could very well use some TLC. Has great potential and character but renovation works were done by unprofessional teams leaving some jobs undone.Which are visible. Very small choice at breakfast. Cleaning service could be updated yet it was just May.And 3 Euros for Wi-Fi, come on, it`s the XXI century guys...

Review 26：The property charges for the use of Wi-Fi. We asked for a double bed two months prior to our holiday. The property didn't even respond to our request, and we got two single beds. Meals are the same every day and the selection is very small

Review 27：Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach. Staff is friendly and the hotel is generally new and nice. Rooms and buffet meals are very cheap, among the cheapest in Larnaca.

Review 35：The only relatively negative thing is the location - first of all google maps has it wrong, it's mislocated for one block - if you go from Larnaca then pass the gmaps indicated address and look for the sign - it's visible from the road. If traveling with no car, reaching city center of Larnaca or a nice beach can be tricky from the hotel. Otherwise everything was nice.

Review 36：Nice hotel with nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was included in the price (which was very attractive), good destination for a leisure, low-cost holiday. (But we were traveling off-season.)

Review 37：-The receptionist spent over 20 minutes checking our booking. -The air-condition had only cold mode. -We ordered one double bed - they gave us two singles. -I ordered to check out from 13 to 14 - the maid woke us up at 12:20 and asked us to live. -According to booking.com there must have been a free wifi - we had to pay 2 euros for half an hour ?
