Review 1：cold room ,no water in the morning .The recepcionist told us that water doesnt arrive up there when everybody gets a shower int the morning???? So we couldnt get a shower in a 4 stars hotel.They propose we take one in the second floor.Why they gave us this room if they knew this happen?

Review 3：Parking facility underground garage - not ideal for larger car owners. Small lift to underground garage where car spaces very small. If busy we would have not been able to get back into the lift due to lack of turning/moving space. Also somewhat pricey at 14 Euro per night.

Review 10：Very comfortable, although car park wasn't working so had to pay for an overnight parking accommodation nearby, this was only a. Purple of minutes down the road and less than 5 euros so not a problem. Gentle staff, good English spoken, very accommodating.

Being in the heart of the old city, and on a quiet one-way street, the Ravensberger Hof provides the atmosphere and convenience that make all the difference if you prefer a nice stroll over a taxi in traffic. And if you are considerate about the environment, well that's a low-carbon way to see the sights. Our visit was pleasant, and I would certainly stay there again.

Review 27：The carpet seemed a little worn and in need of clean. The shower gel is really low and you squeeze it get the gel out, by the time you got the gel out and stood up it had washed off. Trivial matters really.

Review 28：The hotel is very central and my 10 y.o. and I were able to walk through the old town with ease. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem for them. The room is basic which was all we needed but it was very comfortable and had heating. The towels seemed new and the bathroom had a great mirror as well as two magnified mirrors. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
