Review 3：The staff were very helpful in this hotel- booked a restaurant for us on the Wednesday when the hotel restaurant was closed. Breakfast was very satisfactory and the location, for ease of access the Europapark, was ideal. The 2 restaurants we tried in the town were really good as well.

Great overall concept in design. Worth staying here over a spot in the EuropaPark. We were two friends (25 yr - 30yr of age) taking a day trip across the border. Review 50：Staff at Hotel Heckenrose are all very friendly. We arrived at the hotel about 4 hours before the check-in time but the front-desk man immediately checked the room if it was already clean. Our room was ready and it was a big help for us since we have a long day ahead. In the morning, even if there was a big crowd of people eating, the lady at the restaurant always smiles. It is so nice to be greeted with a smile. My family loved the hotel.

Review 52：It was my second stay at Heckenrose, and I liked this place even better!! I want to keep the hotel as my secret place for my visit to Europa Park in Rust, but I don't have to worry since still the majority want to stay at over-priced, "fancy" hotels in or next to the park. Again I had dinner at restaurant of the hotel. With a six year old boy, I still fully enjoyed wonderful meals. The details of the room are hard to describe... It has everything I needed while nothing is too much. Considering the price, what a bargain. Breakfast was included, wi-fi was free for my two devices.
Review 53：Quiet and clean with great access to the autobahn. The breakfast was standard but good. The room was clean with a small terrace and served my overnight purpose well. This was my third time there and I will go back again and again!
