Review 1：The restaurant was not providing service due to a catering event. I considered it a big inconvenience to try to find a restaurant (no help from the Staffel!); I finally gave up and went to Burger King!

Review 8：Internet wifi coverage is bad and confusing. First you have to go thru registration asking all kind of private data, 2nd you find out that the wifi from biergarten does not work 10m away inside the restaurant. So if you plan to do inside some "homeworks" on your business trip prior your next day meeting, forget it. If the wifi is fixed and price is a 10-15% lower I recommend this place again. I do not what happened, last year they had wifi everywhere, without registration and worked perfect.

Review 12：My first (and only) bad experience started about 2 hours before check-in, while my assistant from my office was informing via phone, that I am on my way, only delayed on highway traffic between Prague and Landshut, so by this way we were confirming I am coming to stay. That was confirmed as "not a problem - reception is open by midnight". Also it came out thru the phone call, that the kitchen will be closed at 21h - my current estimated arrival was 21.20 (in precise I did arrive 21.10), but not the restaurant space will be closed before 23h+), so my assistant from Prague office tried to communicate that I will order a dinner dish "in advance" by phone around 20:40-45, stressing down that I do not care if the "schnitzel" will be served to me cold once I arrive...as the outside temperature was still around 30C at 20h....and security of this order was covered by my credit card already, same as the room booking. She was told, by VERY broken English on reception...that it is impossible. I did not believe her, so I asked for the number being send to me and I decided to call myself from car handsfree "handy" but I was told by really very broken English strictly the same: impossible - and when I asked: "why?" I was told : "Do not call here again, I am busy, I have restaurant full of guests !" --- I had to voice up, that I am ALSO GUEST...who paid 3 weeks ago and trying to spend more money upfront now and that the only difference is, that I am still stuck, sitting in the car, not like the other customers under the linden of their bier-garden yet...but my order is quarantined by my credit card already ! - She normally hang up the phone on me and did not pick it up anymore. If it would not be so late evening, I would choose a different hotel for any! price in the area - my company would pay for all in such a situation. But when I arrived (21.

Review 13：The hotel itself was positive surprise after my previous not satisfying phone calls I made from the road while coming in for late check-in; outdoor bier-garden with very pleasant staff, free wifi, spot on clean room, and also public areas inside the hotel, ok breakfast - and very good / correct price for all the offer, will make me to use this place again and recommend it further. Although my negative piece of experience I wrote to section : "Did not like" - read there.

Review 14：We booked this hotel because it advertised a restaurant...we found out they did not open the restaurant on weekends...other than that it was very nice.
