Review 4：The Clean state of the rooms and the rooms were always cleaned on time. And early in the morning -the staff were polite and professional .

Review 19：Spacious room. Large selection of stores and eating places nearby. The Mexican restaurant just next door is quite good. Although it is not a 'scenic area' hotel, the back of the hotel is quite pleasant.

Review 20：Night staff opposite of day staff. Asked concierge about the nearest ATM - she told me "that is a good question, she does not know". Next day I discovered that the nearest ATM was ~20 m away in bank inside the next building.

Review 22：My only reservation is regarding management. It's poor. Controlling is lacking. Some staff members have poor training and act unprofessionally: Non - smoker protection is being managed too lax. Customer inquiries (for instances regarding invoices) are not being processed satisfactorily. It appears upper management (owner of the hotel) is not involved in day- to-day business of hotel management. Some members of staff tend to be disrespectful.

Review 24：Hotel restaurant and lobby bar was closed. Booking confirmation said that hotel offers free of charge public transport tickets to guests - apparently that service had ended months ago. Receptionists English skills were well below average. Double bed means two single beds put together. Only German TV channels. Breakfast was mediocre for those used to Scandinavian standard

On hotel description they write that reservation is not needed. 3) Family room is 50 sq.m. for 2+2 but they do not propose extra bed!!! Fifth person which is 4 year child may not sleep in existing bed with parents. I have to book separate room for myself because of this. 5) They charge EUR 6 for breakfast from 4 years old girl. Absolutely unfriendly hotel with crazy policies. Families, do not choose it!

The website states English speaking, but few staff had more than the occasional word or two. They were unable to direct me on a map to a location I required for work. It is completely unacceptable for the TV not to have BBC or CNN at least offering English news updates!!

You could tell from afar that he was there because he has to and the best thing for him is to get rid of us as quickly as possible. Despite description, underground parking is not free, it's 9€. And before getting in there, you need a card from reception to open automatic gate. I bit weird I would say, especially if there is no space to stop in the front.

Review 95：The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, some free parking in front, paid underground parking. We got massive rooms, possibly 40m2 or so, with large bathroom, quite nice view from the window. And they respected our smoking (yes) choice, which isn't always the case nowadays. Despite description, Internet access is free, although not very fast. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices, but not anything special. A bit expensive if you are not big breakfast eater. Nice and very friendly staff in the morning.

Review 111：Very good value for the money if you're willing to use public transportation to get to Potsdam or Berlin. The trip to Potsdam is about 15 minutes by a tram right outside of the hotel. To get to Berlin, you take the same tram to the Potsdam train station (15 min) and then a train to Berlin (25-30) min. The total trip to Berlin takes 50-60 min.
