Review 1：Nice location... Was travelling thru and got there after 1120pm...they had a sign on door to call and he was there in less than a min... Great hospitality!

Review 4：On our final morning we had to catch an early international train. Not only did our host rise early to prepare us a superb breakfast, but he very kindly drove us to the railway station when our taxi failed to turn up. He really saved our bacon- no pun on breakfast!

Review 7：Les is a ‘one of a kind’ hotel manager, super friendly, takes excellent care of his customers. We had two very enjoyable evenings in the bar with a lot of laughs and good stories over a couple of beers together with Les and a couple of his local friends :-) Good location with nearby parking and several different restaurants literally just around the corner. Breakfast is plenty and the eggs cooked to order was very good. Simple hotel without luxury, but superb value for the money!

Review 8：Excellent and welcoming host. Good atmosphere and established clientele evident. Sadly had to leave early, but obvious the breakfast would have been enjoyable...!

Review 9：whole hotel had a stale smell. Windows in room very difficult to have open without having curtains totally opened all night. shower was too dirty to use.

Review 12：A very nice, friendly and anticipating treatment from the host. I loved his peronal touch, though for some it may seem a little overwhelming. But what-the- hack. Personality is key! The Mamas and the Papas for breakfast keeps you going for the rest of the day:-)

Review 16：Welcomed from the minute we opened the door and till the moment we left. we said hello to a hotel manger and said goodbye to a friend....les make the whole experience and is completely there for his guest with great service and willing to help whatever the time. I would highly recommend this place...even if you don't want a holiday it's just nice to say here with les....

Review 17：Wow !!! I do not write reviews, however I would be doing this hotel aninjustice if I didn’T. As others have already put, Les is an absolutelegend, his attention to his guests is beyond anything I have everexperienced before, nothing was too much trouble, spending every minuteof the day to ensure that we were catered for and that our stay wasperfect. The breakfast choices were amazing with a vast selection ofdelights to appeal to all appetites, for arrival to departure, we weregreeted to a smiling face and a genuine desire to ensure that we werethe up-most priority. A truly magical area of the world and wonderfulpeople, thank you Les for making our stay simply perfect x

Review 19：Only a short walk from all that Celle has to offer. Car park was 4 Euros a night and just a 2 minutes away.

Review 25：Manager Les could not have done more for us. Our stay was interrupted by illness and car troubles. Les went out of his way to help us, holding rooms for an extra night, giving advice on every request we made, and being totally unfazed by our every request by us and our five year old daughter who just loved him. Cannot give his hotel anything but the highest recommendation.

Review 28：The perfect two-star hotel. Not fancy, but good price and clean. Little tatty here and there but no big deal. However, the Director, Les makes the place. Anyone who has a MBE presented by Prince Charles for working for charity as an Elvis Impersonator; well, after that, what's running a hotel? He is a delight loves his hotel. As he says, "there are no strangers here, just friends waiting to me met." Thanks again!

Review 54：Very friendly manager from Scotland and his German staff had a lot of character too. Great location in centre of town, and had car parking available. Good selection for breakfast. Recommend this hotel for 1 or 2 night stays if exploring Celle and the area.

Review 55：Allthough the hotel is rather old fashioned, the comfort and hygiene are allright. The owner gives visitor's the feelings they are at home, which creates a warm atmosphere. I can recommend this hotel for sure as you feel welcome all the time!
