Review 1：Even I give all my datas by booking to you I had to pay the room at arrival. Parking at Hotel only some days possible. reception staff work correct but very cool. Dinner on one day only buffet available.

Review 9：The room was very sparsely decorated, giving it a youth hostel feel, which for the price is not acceptable! The bed in our suite was 2 singles pushed together, that seperated from each other with just the slightest movement! Unfriendly staff.

Review 11：We booked a suite, having stayed at the hotel 18 months ago in a mini-suite. The suite was fine as a room but the view was non existent, as the balcony was surrounded by high concrete. The duty manager was initially not interested to help us to fund another solution. Eventually, after much insistence, we were relocated to a mini-suite. That's great and shows on the booking.com web site as the 'suite'. They should not marked room 418 as a 'suite'. We very very unimpressed by the attitude of the duty manager.

Review 12：I booked in this hotel to get miles for my miles and more but never got them even though the woman on the counter took a copy of my card, that was very frustrating, other staff memebers did not know how to handle this, note to manager: train your staff. No AC in the room

Review 14：Arrived 2115hrs, got into restaurant at 2130hrs and ordered dinner. As kitchen closed at 2230hrs starter and main course came out quickly. Finished at 2220hrs and waited for waiter to clear plate and offer dessert. Didn't happen until 2230hrs, which gave the appearance of being very deliberate, and when I asked for dessert menu was told kitchen had closed. Only after a brief discussion and my requesting to see the duty manager to complain did it suddenly become possible to get a dessert. Not impressed!

Review 16：The Reception staff were offhand and did not deal with the fact that thetv remote was missing from our room. The Duty Receptionist implied shewould get a replacement and then, some hours later, said a technicianwould have to supply the replacement the next morning (we were onlystaying one night!!!) Given the lack of action on the remote we did notthink it worthwhile to mention that the bathroom toilet was in adisgusting condition. We cleaned it ourselves.

Review 20：When I arrived at the hotel and enquired about how I entered the car park I was asked if I had reserved a space. Booking.com specifically states that reservations are not needed. Booking.com should review this. I was told to see what I could find in the car park. Fortunately there was a space in the limited facilities. We were allocated a room and when we entered we found that the room had not been cleaned after the previous checkout. We had to wait to be allocated another room. Housekeeping didn't have time to clean all the rooms apparently. We were given a smaller room which did not seem to replicate the junior suite we had booked. The general furniture was poor and cheap. Breakfast seemed expensive at Euro 13.50 each when considering what was provided. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I unexpectedly had to stay in Kiel for an extra night and so decided to stay somewhere else. Not a strong recommendation for the Best Western at all. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Review 21：The noise! I was in Room 5 next door to the restaurant. At 5am on both morning I was awoken by the high heels of the staff on the wooden floor of the restaurant laying out tables and preparing for that morning. On the second night I was kept awake until gone 3.40 am by the sound of the TV of occupant next door. I got about an hour's sleep before the restaurant started up again. Needless to say I was very tired the next day! I didn't get the impression a lot of people were statying there given by attendance at breakfast in the morning...so why put me in Room 5?
