Review 1：The private parking space didn't open until too late for travellers with the morning ferry to the mainland, which we found out only by chance.
Review 2：Location near everything - beach, shopping, town centre - nice staff and a fantastic breakfast.
Review 3：They were over booked, mades us wait three hours for our originally booked deluxe room, which turned out to be the hotel's employers' room. It was far away from the main building and we had to go through the dark basement of the hotel to get there. The shower didn't function properly. The bed was very uncomfortable.The different receptionists didn't even apologize for these horrible circumstances.We wanted to talk to the manager who was never available. We will never go back there again.
