Review 1：The code to get into the hotel when reception is closed and to open the room failed 3 times in 3 consecutive days. Fortunately the staff came quickly to fix the problem.
Review 2：Confortable, excellent price for money. Staff very friendly and helpful
Review 3：My room smelled VERY VERY bad from smoke. I had to keep the windows open for 3 nights and it did not change the situation even a bit. Breakfast is extremely poor. I would say that it's the worst of all hotels in any country I have been to in the last 10 years. The towels had not been changed even when put on the floor. The maid just put them back like they were new.

Review 5：Location of hotel is close to Stadtmitte station, very convenient to get to Duisburg or center of Mülheim a.d. Ruhr. Price/quaility ratio is very good! Breakfast is not very rich, but quite acceptable. Moreover, it can be paid already during staying, without preliminary payment, and one can decide does he/she want to take it or not. Room is small but modern and cosy.
Review 6：I didn't like the TV programs as there was no English speaking channels, no hair dryer or ironing in the room. There was no access to drinking water or snack as calling service room.

Review 12：Really small room and bathroom, even smaller beds. The rooms were stale/stiffling, so we had to open the windows for some fresh air. Really bad coffee from the machine in the hall (normally not a thing I would say anything about, but this was really, really bad).
Review 13：Something had gone wrong with the booking, but they helped us solve this, even though the hotel was fully booked. It took some convincing from our side though, we almost left for another hotel. The hotel and rooms were clean. You could sit in the breakfast room at night to play games and the location is quite alright for going to the Messe Essen. It's also just a short walk to the center of Mulheim an der Ruhr where there are several restaurants and such. No bar in the hotel, but you can get beer and drinks from a cooler and drink them in the breakfast room. Good parking lot

Review 16：The only tricky thing was finding the hotel the first time when walking from the station. It's only a few minutes' walk but wasn't clear from Google maps how to get there, but you just come out of the main station exit, cross the road, walk past the fountain and through the gap in the buildings. Follow the road to the end and the hotel is on the left.
Review 17：This great little hotel is a short hop by train from Essen (or €15-20 in a taxi). Rooms are clean and well equipped: comfy beds, double-glazed windows that you can open for fresh air, quiet, air-conditioned, super-helpful staff, plenty of communal space. Highly recommended.
