Review 1：No second key for apartment, told if one couple went to bed first reception would let us in with master key. Came back 1.30 am different lady on reception who had not got a clue. Started to go through loads ok keys to look for another one. She said only cleaner had master keys, she did find one to fit in the end, but not what you want when you just want to go to bad.

Review 3：The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I left my charging station and int'l plug, plugged in at front desk after checking out while I went to the beach and ate. El Al called them for me from airport, and they call a taxi to deliver those items to me at the airport before my flight. Paying E15 for the cab was way less expensive than replacig those items. Would stay here again if I were to go to Larnaca in the future.

Review 8：Bathroom: not cleaned well. Has just a Single washbasin with no facilities to place personal equipment like make-up, shavers, toothbrush etc. Floors of the apartment NOT mopped and dusty. Furniture old and setee cover had a holes and was dirty. Taps in bathroom as well as kitchen NOT cleaned and shiny as should be in a 4-star accommodation. BLACK fungus around kitchen sink. Kitchen facilities and cabinets old, brown and shabby. Antiquated stand-alone electric oven with two hotplates. ( Electric kettle was new ). No serious effort had been made to deep-clean everything thoroughly for client. Fridge bottle rack repaired with underwear elastic to stop bottles falling off fridge door. ( In fact considering the amount charged, the WHOLE of the kitchen cabinets/sink/hob etc need scrapping and replacing with CLEAN modern units - total cost probably would be about 3-days' stay of just one client !!!) Bed mattresses comfortable if only the beds were properly made-up with proper sheets !! There were no fitted sheets on mattresses and cleaners clearly had no knowledge of how to make a bed. Pillows smelled stale and should be scrapped. Clearly this Apart-Hotel has VERY SERIOUS housekeeping problem. Reception staff were polite and friendly. It is such a shame because the place has a "reputable" name and is in an excellent position on Larnaca's main seaside. If owners respond "what would one expect for the money??" ; the prices charged are certainly NOT "budget" and certainly not commensurate with the condition of the apartment. It was heartbreaking to see such a lovely spacious apartment let down by neglect in maintenance and standards.

Review 21：No bad experiences. One point that did not bother us but might matter to other tourists is the rather poor TV reception, with a limited number of programs, and a somehow unstable wi-fi network. But the view from the terrace should really make the above comments redundant.

Review 22：Important: the review is available for the 7th floor rooms. First of all, brilliant, huge, fully-furbished terrace right on top of Larnaca's main tourist strip. Fully equipped room, with generous available space. As an extra perk, the rooms already have power adapters from the continental to the UK standard. Daily cleaning services are provided - with care, I would add -, including fresh toiletries. Two more points to focus on: 1. the location is excellent, just like most of the reviewers have already mentioned - it really does not get any better; 2. this is Sun Hall Beach Hotel Apartments. Please note the difference and do not mistake this to the similarly-named next door hotel - I've read reviews written by people who simply did not bother to check in advance which their accommodation actually is.

At 3 in the morning where our balcony is, there was machinery picking things up, moving things and it was extremely loud and started at an unreasonable hour. It was right outside our balcony and was way too loud to sleep and it went on for about an hour and a half. This interrupted our sleep, especially since we had gone out and came back around 2. Anyway Id advise when staying to mention to grab a room away from the bins and stuff outside. Other than that everything was great.

Review 47：The location is perfect, it is 1 min to the beach, there are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We had an apartment with a sea view and it was fantastic.

For e.g. internet was two times stuck but only or an hour or so, so it happens everywhere and after reset all was ok, staff takes good care that you have internet all the time. I can only thank to the staff for a pleasant stay. -since it is in the centre at the promenade some may not like the noise coming from the street, especially on weekends, but it is normal for such central location and gives a nice feeling of being in the centre of happening. Anyway it seems to be calmer after midnight.

Review 49：Very pleasant stay. I liked everything. I liked the apartment and location and that there were restaurants and shops working very late in case you need something or if you get hungry:) Staff was very kind and helpful. I can particularly praise the cleaning ladies who took very good care of everything, even doing dishes if some stayed not clean and daily cleaning of floors and furniture and making beds. It was clean and also enjoyable to stay inside on colder days. I am very thankful to all the host team. I hope to stay there again.

Review 50：The room we were given was in the corner and had no view at all. We were very disappointed with this as the hotel didn't seem to be so busy during our stay there for only 2 nights. Good budget hotel, but wish we had that little bit extra which we don't think was a matter of budget.

It's right by the tub and sticks up about 25 mm. There was not space to lay out my toiletries in the bathroom. The toaster did not work.

Review 74：The cooking hob was next the sink and above the fridge. I considered this dangerous. Great care was needed to prevent danger of shock and fire risk. We complained after a week as the hob stopped working. A member of staff came and mended it. A couple of days later there was a huge spark from the hob. We complained and a member of staff came up and took photographs. No action was taken by anyone d spite reminders. We had no cooking facilities for 4 days. I told the reception I considered the hob and layout dangerous and the apartment 340 should not be let.
