Review 1：Cleaning was way under standard Wifi doesn't always connect, a 50-50 chance. Cost for breakfast was much too high, maybe worth a 1/10 Not nearly enough to choose from the kitchen throughout the day. One had to go find the staff. I wonder still why this was considered a 5 star establishment? To me it was at the most a very expensive 3 star hotel

We do not usually make reviews of this kind but we agreed that this was such an occasion. My wife and Daughter and I were so impressed, not only with the property itself but with the extremely high level of service shown to us by your staff during our stay. We have been to countless hotels throughout the world but none compare to the experience we received in Mulhiem. We would like to thank you for this and to say that we have already recommended (with 5 stars) to friends and family. We will of course be returning to the Villa Am Ruhrufer as we have family living in Mulhiem in any case. With Gratitude Allan Moutrey
