Review 1：Don't checkin on a Weekend, nearby located Pubs enjoywith Music,People on the street outside the Pub are screaming till 2.00 in themorning. No Elevator, therefore nothing for heavy luggage. Parking 100-150 metres in distance
Review 2：Not being able to find members of staff after about 21.45. Having to change rooms (noisy fan outside first room). Room was not very clean, state of decor was poor, place looks old & "rundown."
Review 3：Helpful memeber of staff on the first night of the stay who tried to help resolve some of the issues that we had. Seemed to want to try to help. He was the only person that we could find!

Review 6：we didn´t know that the key to the room should be delivered in the bid spa hotel.
Review 7：we stayed in the center in a simple room, but we could pay a small amount to use the spa.
Review 8：That it was not possible to cancel the hotel at all without loosing thefull payment.That there was no opportunity of breakfast. The hotel could eventually make an arrangement with the bakery/caffee just beside the hotel.
Review 9：Not impressed that we had to cycle back almost 3 km to check in at the main hotel. We had to ask a local merchant where reception was and she advised us. When we cycled back to check in, I asked how often guests go directly to the hotel in the village and she said often. My response was, maybe you should tell your marking people to advise your guests to go to the main hotel first. Make that a priority for info. She just laughted and of course nothing will be done. Wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone1
