Review 4：The hotel is very modern, clean and well maintained. Excellent value for the price, good restaurant, very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

Review 26：When we checked-in, the receptionist (allegedly called Loreto) wanted to charge twice as much as the amount advertised and confirmed by booking, so we had to argue. She didn’t know how to charge our credit card, even if it is a Visa national card. We had to explain the procedure that she should definitely know. When we checked-out, she left us wait without reasonable explanation, attending instead phone calls. The hotel itself and all other stuff were great, but miss Loreto gave us an awful impression and partially spoiled our stay.
