Review 1：The hotel overbooked itself so although we have booked 3 rooms (for 3 colleagues), we arrived to find only 2 rooms available. The hotel attributed it to a mistake of booking.com which didn't inform them of all three bookings but i suppose this was just an excuse since nowadays this sort of things is automated. The solution found from the hotel was to offer a "suite" that could accomodate two people. We had to accept because it was late at night and booking.com confirmed lack of availability in rooms close to the area. The suite was a regular room with spacious living room. Completely not suitable to accomodate two adults that aren't a couple. On top of that, it had a very distinct smell of cigarrette smoke - totally unacceptable.

Review 3：That I have reserved 2 rooms and I got only one. Totally unacceptable!! As long as I did not get the 2 rooms I got confirmation before arrival, I consider that at this hotel they do not respect the client.

Review 7：I went out on the first evening to look for something to eat but it was not a very nice area. I recommend eating at the bar in the hotel.

Review 8：This hotel is very convenient if you are going to the tennis in Hall and even provides a shuttle bus. It is directly opposite the station so very handy but not in a particularly nice area. As I spent my time at the tennis and then left for Berlin I didn't look around the town. My room was clean, functional and comfortable. The best thing was the breakfast which offers everything you could wish from yoghurt and fruit to cereal, rolls, cheese etc and cooked food. Highly recommended. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 9：I had paid for a junior suite and felt that there should have been free wi fi. That however is my only issue. I hope to come back.

Review 11：Cost of breakfast seemed quite steep, however there are plenty of local options to get a morning bite to eat. I cannot comment on the standard of the breakfast in the hotel but based on the rest of the stay i am sure it would be descent.

Review 65：This is a marvellous hotel. It is well positioned in Bielefeld, right bythe railway station, but fully soundproofed so that you are notdisturbed by the noise of that very busy place. I had a trulyoutstanding meal in the restaurant, and the 2 couses with wine came toless than 40 euros. The older part of the hotel building looks like afairy palace. I believe it might be.

Review 71：Excellent customer service. Upon arriving I was offered a room forpeople suffering from allergies (either with or without a water bed)because of my asthma. Rooms are brand-new, super clean, neat and wellequipped. Beautifully styled and roomy even for a single room.

Review 82：The room rate was €76 and I would expect that to include breakfast andinternet access. The breakfast was extra and cost €17. The internet wasextra and cost €10 for 24h, but because I was there for 3 nights theyput me on a weekly rate of €25 which saved €5.
