Review 1：Arrived quite early after a rather long drive, and were requested to wait until the official check-in time, which meant 2 hours wait. I didn't mind a walk, but would have appreciated a bit of flexibility... As I was forced to park into the garage, I couldn't drive to visit the city either...

One of the best hotels in the northern hemisphere.Excellent breakfast buffet , rapid wifi, very comfortable rooms,practical and thoughtful interior design, nice fitness department. good natural environment, lakes, river , forest, public transport to Berlin center within easy reach.
Review 7：On our arrival the receptionist was so rude we were shocked she first asked for our name got a pen and information sheet and slapped it down in front of me, checked us in didn't mention where the restaurant etc. was nothing gave us our door card and that was that it really put a bad feeling for us.
Review 8：The location of the hotel is lovely, it was comfortable, the breakfast was good.
Review 9：There is no reason to come to this hotel unless you’re here for a business or academic conference. Unfortunately front desk and food area staff are so unfriendly, speak very little English and never smile. I asked one of the managers regarding that and she the answer I got was "there are new staff".. Eat at the buffet or don't eat.

Review 11：If during summer it is warm, rooms are by far too hot. No airco or ventilator available........room was like a sauna and as it is a conference hotel; totally not acceptable. I think they should mention this at the website. An absolute minus for this place.

Review 16：At arrival my husband went to speak to reception to ask about car park and room ,the staff was not very bright with english they requested payment from my husband before even we could see the room and I booked the room with my card and I wanted to pay for my stay there.We were given basic room and after complain we have had disabled facilities room.The staff needs more training.
