Review 1：The staff when I checked in was absolutely rude! Arriving after a super long plane and train journey and it was just now how anybody wants to be treated. I was charged for 2 rooms and wanted to change it to 1 as my colleague didn't end up traveling. The lady at the counter was extremely short, and had way too much attitude. In general even the next day when I called a taxi and the taxi left because they were doing construction right outside the hotel and I didn't see it (nobody could have he parked around the corner and waited) there was another lady at check in who was rude about having to call me another one! Really the service was awful. But everything else was fine.

Review 3：No tea or coffee facilities in the room, but this seems quite common when abroad, probably a british thing, but I did miss it.

Review 4：The location of the hotel was excellent, central for everything, we had a room out the back of the hotel and it was very quiet, overlooking a lovely courtyard called Peppers.

Review 5：Window overlooked an adjacent restaurant outdoor patio where people were sitting so it was not possible to sleep with an open window and the room had no AC. Cost of the Breakfast was expensive for what was available on the buffet No integral dinner restaurant.

Review 9：Bed closer to window was absolutely dead. Had this on last visit too, changed to other bed then. Carpet was pretty full of blotches. No free electricity plugs anywhere near the table.

Review 15：Have to rate cleanliness as poor, as I was given a smoker room (without warning or having been asked!!!) and bathroom and floor had burn marks. Strong cigarette smell now also in my clothes. Without this, general rating would have been much better. And having to pay for WiFi is so yesterday...

Review 21：We walked into the hotel in the evening after finding a good price on the internet (booking.com). When I asked the price in the reception is was higher than on the net. I ended up standing in the reception booking on the internet. The lady in the reception became a bit "cranky"! They should just have given me the same price - it was seven in the evening...! But I got a price I was happy with! :-)

Review 49：The hotel is located at a busy street with street cars and car traffic. Further there is a restaurant and bar in the building at street level. It is wise to book a room facing away from all this to ensure good sleep.

Review 66：Although ordered a double bed got a twin and after complaining somestaff just pushed the beds together. Every night the bed kept slidingapart and one of us ended up in the gap between the beds. We also justgot one very little filled pillow each so ended up with neck ache. Thereceptionist messed up our parking ticket but she blamed us. Veryunprofessional.

Review 73：If you get a "street" room, the noise from the tram can be noticeable in spite of the good windows. I asked and got a non-smoking room but there was a strong cigarette smell in the room. The staff apologized for that but there was no other room available.
