Review 1：the shower in the bathroom was broken. the room was too noisy. the staff wasn't very nice. I was not allowed to do late check out.

Review 3：no way to get to and from roof parking except to walk up and down the ramp. no loading/ unloading zone. A/C did not work and was not fixed on second night

Review 5：Very noisy!! The rooms are not at all sound proof and so there was lots of street noise. You could even hear guests walking down the hallway, TVs in other rooms, and water in pipes/toilets flushing. There was no "Do Not Disturb" signs, which meant housekeeping came into the room quite early, about 8am, knocking at the same time as opening the door, and therefore not allowing time for an answer. Quite embarrassing when you are trying to get dressed! The hotel foyer was lovely, but the room didn't really match. It seems when they renovated, they left a lot of the original fixtures to give it a "retro" feel, but it just looked mix-matched. The floor I stayed on (3rd) had a very weird chemical/cleaning product smell in the hallway. No iron in the wardrobe.

Review 6：The breakfast was great, with lots of variety and everything was well stocked up until breakfast was over. The hotel foyer was lovely, with complimentary snacks and tea and coffee. Friendly staff.

Review 7：It's almost impossible to set the temperature, the glass wall waste a lot of heat. For the price of the room you should replace the bath kit, at least, every two days. I had to use the hand soap in the shower for the whole week. The cleaning lady cannot speak english. Fix-up the shower (room 100) is working only in one way (hand-held shower head), even if you could choose between different ones. The (cold) water always drips from the fixed shower head above if you move the selector. The electronic panel inside the shower was impossible to switch on, which is it its functionality?

Review 13：Very friendly staff. They take personal care of your needs, also emergencies. Upon check-in at the reception I realized that I had lost my ID card at the plane. They immediately phoned and emailed authorities to find my ID card, and told me detailed instructions what to do if it was not found. The facilities in the hotel rooms are of first quality and are kept meticulously clean. Service is excellent. Overall very good and dedicated professional attitude. There were a couple of minor glitches, nobody is perfect, but the solid good service and friendliness prevailed in keeping my spirits high and giving me a definitely pleasant feeling about my stay.

Review 43：The room was facing the Main Street although I've asked for a quiet room so it was really noisy. The room was cold and the heat was not working. You could feel the cold coming from outside through the windows, so poor poor heat and sound isolation.

Review 65：The breakfast was ok, but when, for example, I asked if there was going to be more bacon, they answered "we no there is no more there" and never came back with any or explained why. Otherwise, it is a little noisy since the doors are not insolated toward the hall, but, all in all, was ok.

I was glad that there was free Wi-Fi and I found the bed comfortable. Also the coffee machine was great, but two small doses a day is not enough. . . perhaps you should leave 4 capsules for a double room per night.

Review 70：We decided to book this hotel, based on good reviews, especially about breakfast. To be honest, I was a bit suspicious that at such good price it can be so good. I was so wrong! It is an excellent hotel, and breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts we ever had, and that includes Hilton, Hyatt, Sheraton and numerous 5 star hotels. Just to clarify-there is no luxury items. No caviar or any exotic food, but everything on display is a little work of art. Big congratulation to the person in charge. Everything else is also good, nothing over the top, but straight forward, neat and comfy stay-over. Also as per other comments, there is a noise from the street, but we were not bothered much.

Review 75：Very little - sometimes the staff can be a little punctilious but they are extremely helpful nevertheless. At present Karlsruhe is undergoing a major tram project, and our satnav had to work hard to redirect and get us there.

Review 76：This is a very comfortable hotel with a smart bedroom and excellent breakfast. We travelled by car and they charge 10 euros per day for parking in a secure underground carpark. You can also decide to park in a nearby supermarket's carpark for free, although it is less secure and you will get quite wet if it is raining!

Review 89：1. Lobby is sad-looking. Too dark. Decoration is classic, art deco, egyptian... Needed more lighting. Use the chandelier hanging in the lobby. First impression... Is this 4-star? Lounging sofas are plastic. Pillows are dirty and smelly. Change it to something more modern - black leather, no pillows. Some parts of the ceiling are unfinished with re-painting. It seems like it is falling apart.2. The building smells so old. Some green plants would be great. 3. Room is so hot. I was looking for the air-condition. None. Can't sleep well. Even an electric fan would be great. 4. Shower door was stucked... won't slide. So many water marks like it wasn't clean. 5. We can hear kids playing next door at night. Walls too thin. For €59 per night for a room that is okey. NESTOR in Stuttgart and Park Inn, Berlin wasn't also expensive but the lobbies are inviting. Their breakfast buffet is tops. IF I AM A HOTEL TESTER.. THIS WOULD TAKE 7 POINTS OUT OF 10.

Review 90：1. July 13, desk staff was really kind and informative. The day before, another staff was talking loud on the phone, gesturing wildly, loud.It was bothering the guests.2. Breakfast was Ok. Park Inn, Berlin and Nestor, Stuttgart was much better for 4 stars status. 3. Coffee machine in the room is ok though no spoons and cream. 4. Mineral water dispenser in every floors - good idea. 5.
