Review 1：This is a very nice hotel. Clean good quality modern. The bistro served excellent food at 10:30 pm. The price service is excellent. I am very picky in evaluating hotels. I chose this as a cheaper solution towards Munich hotels and was by pleased in every regards.

Review 3：Nice location. Just at the entrance of Ingolstadt city. Easy to access by car, yet walking distance to the city center. Walking path from and to the city center was pleasant.

Review 19：This is our third visit on our way to Austria. The first two times wehad a very nice stay. The family room at the time were two rooms with adoor in between, just for 129 eur. A nice japanese restaurant at thefirst floor made it all sort of perfect.Now, the Italian bar was good.With Gluten free options. The breakfast also was good, with gluten freestuff also.

I stayed few years when it was new opened and was perfect, now, the rooms are dusty, the bathrooms not very well cleaned.......I make the booked 2 month ago and asked for two interconecting rooms and when I arrived they said is not possible because I did not asked before.... Review 76：Arrived early (7.00 am) from long international flight and staff went out of way to assist with earliest possible check in. Good location near river, parks and main town area. Best value breakfast when compared with the 18 other hotels we stayed at on this trip.

The check-in staff were exceedingly helpful and nice. We appreciated the popular bar/cafe which stayed open until at least midnight on a Sunday.

Review 87：That is the second time I reserve in enso hotel Ingolstadt and seems tome that they are completely lost regarding Booking.com and dontcordinated at all with the reservations done via this web.I make the reservation via this website writing my VISA number on it and when I arrived and I asked them to confirm me the price they needed to recalculate it again manually and they required a VISA card for guarantee. I told them they already got it but they insist in have one more time the card. Last day in the bill they try to charged me with more money and I have to correct them. Finnally I payed the agreed price with cash and when I come back home I saw one day taken from my bank account. I asked them to give me back this money one week ago and I am still waiting... Hotel is good from the standard point of view but from the organization and coordination point of view seems to be they are an absolutely disaster. First time I came there I thought was because was new, this second time getting attended by very young girls with not very much idea and responsabilities in the reception I think is still a mess.
