Review 1：I wish I had my own microwave but frau Stefanie and her mom were always cheerful and quick to warm food when needed.
Review 2：Stefanie and her mom were great hosts. Buffet Breakfast was wonderful.I loved Cosmo and Harley, huge loving dogs. Internet speed was excellent for watching movies online.

Review 4：Nothing. The owners have 2 very friendly dogs which tend to hover in the hallway. This did not bother me at all, in fact I liked it, but may put some visitors off...
Review 5：Charming hotel with a pleasant bar and restaurant attached. I arrived at 20:00 and they had stopped serving food already, but accommodated me nonetheless. Friendly service, very clean room and bathroom. Secure parking in a gated yard was a bonus for me on a motorbike. Breakfast was fantastic! Huge variety and the quality of everything on offer was high. I would go back just for the breakfast alone! Location is somewhat secluded in the Thuringian forest, but that's what attracted me nether first place. Bad Steben is a nice, clean spa town.
Review 6：I tried to stay at the hotel on 21 September, but they had given our reservation to someone else. We arrived at 11:15 with our reservation number and were asked why we were there and they could not help us--go someplace else. We must have an old computer that printed our reservation. They asked why we were angry, we had a meeting at 13:00 and needed to change cloths. Finally, the person did try to find us a room. The clerk was rude and of no assistance. I would never recommend anyone staying at this hotel. Dr. R. Mann
