Review 1：Maybe Christmas was not a good time to visit as I seemed to be the only English person staying there.

Review 2：The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, extremely efficient, made you feel very welcome. The breakfast was fabulous, so much variety to cater for every culture. The evening buffet was good. The bedroom was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable...a sea view was a bonus but in shade from mid morning, which may be of benefit in the summer, but chilly in December. Also quite noisy at night and a higher room is advised.

Review 7：The sound proof inside the room is weak. There is live band during the night until 2AM....A little bit trouble for people who cannot sleep well.

Review 9：There was not even a kettle to make a cup of tea had to ask for one then had to supply my own tea. No entertainment any evening. At breakfast the coffee was out of a machine the taste of which was very poor i preferred not to have one at all. None of the staff offered any help. That's self service to the extreme. Over all very poor all round considering the price i paid very disappointed.

Review 13：Sun Hall, Larnaca is an adequate short stay hotel with a nice location. Could have done without the balcony furniture being stacked in the room. As it was only an overnight stay we cannot comment on the restaurant and pool.

Review 14：i had 2 problems with this hotel. Upon reservation i gave my credit card details assuming that i will not be charged before my check out from the hotel, although it was non refundable price. i believed that if i do use the booked room i'll have choice to decide if i want to be charged by the card i gave upon booking or i can change the card or even pay in cash. To my surprise i was told that the hotel charged my card as they confirmed my reservation which was against booking.com promises and policy. The second problem i had asking for iron and ironing board. i got a dirty iron which stained my white shirt i planned to wear for my son's wedding and made the shirt unusable, even after laundry. My complain about had been replied by "we are sorry sir" from the reception worker.

Review 16：Friendly staff and willing to help. An issue with opening the door was solved immediately by a prompt technician. Breakfast is very good, many choices. Beautiful location, right across the beach.

Review 23：Reception staff seemed uninterested. Left to carry three bags into and out of the hotel without any offer of help. When I asked if I could get a taxi to the airport I was told there was a taxi office up the road. It's also possible to hear noise from other rooms and the corridor outside.

Review 25：Convenient location, right across local and intercity buses, taxis. It made it easy for us to travel around the island. All around there were coffee shops, restaurants, bars. The personnel was very kind and friendly, the hotel clean, wifi free in the rooms and with good signal. There was a problem with our booking.com reservation, but they quickly resolved it and even offered us a room upgrade (to partial sea view, which was very good).

Review 29：The delivery trucks straight under our room used to drive in reverse towards the delivery gate of the hotel with that annoying beep...beep...beep...beep, then the great noise of loading and offloading. As well it can be a bit cleaner place.

Review 33：We stayed for 2 nights after visiting friends in Nicosia. €280 approx. Sadly this hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment and is charging inflated prices for what is nothing short of a run down hotel. Restrooms in foyer are in a terrible state of repair, taps falling apart or don't work at all, basin full of limescale. Lobby carpets are disgustingly dirty and stained. Refused to stay in the first room we were allocated, it was shabby, dirty, there were exposed electrical wires hanging from the walls, the patio door handle was falling off. Reception attitude was rather rude and off hand. However we were allocated a larger room on a higher floor that was slightly better. We have stayed in cyprus on eight occasions and this was by far the worst hotel and did not reflect value for money. Shame as it has a truly perfect location. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Review 34：Location was perfect! Directly opposite the harbour and beach. Close to all restaurants and bars, short walk to the old town castle. Bed was very large super king and very comfortable. Breakfast was ample with plenty of choice. Friendly bar man!

Thestaff just did not want to be there they never said good morning orsmiled they took your plates away without asking if you were finishedthey shuffled around just looking at each other it made you feel veryuncomfortable. I asked if I could have an omelette and was told I had topay for it being four star I was not expecting this. One morning allboiled eggs were not cooked we did not look forward to going tobreakfast because of the staff

Review 37：The air conditioning was one of the best in any hotel we have stayed inSize of the room and bed although very firm if you like hard bed it wasvery good. The size of the balcony and the view was fantastic. Thereception staff were very good especially Angie. Everything on yourdoorstep the marina right opposite for boat trips and also the bus stopwhere all the buses go from is on the other side of the road.

Review 38：Beds are very firm, expect no comfort as your usual would expect in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is something you would get in a hostel. No fresh ingredients. Nothing was cooled (!!!) and the eggs were dry and sticky. Please have your breakfast somewhere else, by no means pay for it!!

Review 50：Despite check in time is meant to be at 14:00. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 15:00. No apology given. We had to wait a further 30 minutes with 2 children & alot of luggage that we had to carry ourselves. Without so much as a complimentary glass of water! Power cut for 1 hour & 30 minutes at 22:00. Staff do not smile, look or talk to you unless you make a conversation first. The wardrobe door & rail was broken. We reported this on the first day & was told someone would have a look at fixing it. 14 days later it's still the same. Our bed linen was only changed twice in 2 weeks. No light on the balcony so too dark to sit outside at night. Very low shower water pressure. Only 1 cot available despite having 2 babies. Wooden sunbeds by the pool very uncomfortable. No tea & coffee making facilities. Floor not cleaned properly biscuits under beds from previous guests. Housekeeping removed our key atleast 3 times.
