Review 1：Ordinary key room entry with big key chain (the pendant was bulky). The furniture is a bit dated. The reception is not 24/7, but has a sufficient schedule.

Review 2：Great location, right in the center of the city, 30-50 meters away from a lot of underground and ground transportation. One stop away from the Train Main Station (Mülheim an der Ruhr Hauptbahnhof) or 11-12 mins by foot.

Review 3：No free WiFi :( it costs 5 euros for 24 hours, or 20 euros for a week..This is the only thing I didn't like..

Review 4：I loved this hotel, stayed at it many times, it is really comfortableand cozy, all staff members are very nice and helpful, they are socheerful :) and the rooms are so clean.. The location is the best inmülheim, it is near to all important spots in the city! &Quot;And I lovethe coffee machine in the lobby!"

Review 5：It is very difficult to find the entrance to the car park, the room is average and does not include anything apart from a TV. No kettle, no iron, simple wardrobe. The breakfast is very basic for the price of 9.50€. The 5min eggs were hard, no fresh vegetables apart from a few little over-ripe tomatos. It was good but the selection was basic. On the uppest floor one could smell the smoke from the smoking room. I didn't sleep very well because it was quite warm even though the window was open and the heating was off.

Review 7：The hotel is located in the city center just 5 minutes walk from the Forum, good breakfast, very helpful staff especially Marion who was absolutely great and very attentive. The rooms are comfortable but modest and very clean.

Review 23：I found myself desperately looking for a hotel, when I arrived in Köln. Most of the hotels in a 50+ Km radius were either fully booked or really expensive due to a trade fair in the area. This was the best option I could find given the situation. I was slightly uncertain, to book this ..... But needs must. So I took the train to the town the hotel is located in, and found it to be a nice and safe place late at night. The hotel was less than 5 euros by taxi from the train station (I had lots of bags)and when I reached the hotel I was greeted by a very friendly person at the front desk. The room I had was clean and honest with no disturbances. I would recomend it.
