Review 1：the sauna and the relaxing corner are really small the restaurant is really busy because customers who are not hotel guests can also come and have the afteroon tea and cakes for example

Review 4：The hotel is beautifully located near the Spree. The staff is extremely friendly and the whole hotel is very cosy and modern. You can choose among a wide range of diverse food specialities for breakfast.
Review 5：Nicely designed rooms with great outlook over the river (if you choose a river view). Nice restaurant but set menu the night we were there was a little odd. Can catch the boats very close to the hotel.
Review 6：beautifully clean relaxing oasis of a hotel, feels like a spa. the spa itself is very nice, with a sauna with a window that overlooks the river (so cool!). breakfast wonderful, every german option imaginable. staff really helpful, kept in touch through email really well.
Review 7：The dinner menu was only in German. The unkind waiter really did not help at all with English translation or otherwise help us to choose dinner. Big black mold in the corners of showers. Plastic sheets on all the beds are very uncomfortable.

Review 12：The room that we stayed in was on the ground floor infront of the car park, so a little more noise than we would have liked. The room was also really rather warm, so we had to have the aircon on, despite it only being spring. But these were very minor issues and wouldn't deter me from going back. Next time i will book a Spree facing room instead, as i'll definitely be going back.
