Review 3：It was 35 degrees Centigrade for our visit. There was no air conditioning anywhere. There is no lounge or area to meet/greet people. While the structure and layout of the building is quaint and enjoyable, the inability to have any reprieve from the heat was too much to handle. The rooms were very much mediocre and I really do not see how this could be rated as a four star establishment. At best a three star.

Review 26：tiny bathroom, you could hardly move in. the bathroom door opened into the room's entrance impossible to navigate between room and bathroom. magnifing glass in the bathroom located for dwarfs and not normal people the sink had no shelf or space to put toothbrush, glass and cosmetics.

When we made our way up to the room, we were so pleasantly surprised by the nice and comfortable room. In the morning we had a very tasty breakfast provided by the hotel. When we visit again, hotel Goldene Sonne will be our first choice.

Review 32：A lot of noise from the street throughout the night and then preparation for the Friday market. As the room was so stuffy a window needed to be open. Rooms away from the front will be fine.

Review 53：To ask what didn't I like and for me to make a comment seems a little harsh in the circumstances.................but............altho' the bathroom was very swish, one could not deny that, there was a lack of shelf space. The area around the sink was limited and the shelf underneath low and not very useful. A couple of towel hooks might be useful, and a little more privacy, (all that glass wall between bathroom and lavatory, and the bedroom!), might be nice. I know two people sharing a double room invites a certain level of intimacy, but it's nice to have a little privacy on the lavatory! Perhaps a curtain or frosted glass? Cherry Tugby.

Review 54：We had a wonderful stay, the staff are excellent, the waitresses and the lovely lady on Reception on the morning we booked out. I had mislaid my purse and she let me return to our room, altho' we had booked out, to search for it. She offered the space in the Reception area to check thru' our suitcases and seemed as happy and relieved as I was when it was found. The evening meal was delicious and the breakfast was good. The carpark on site was an advantage in a town where it looked like parking was at a premium. The hotel's situation in the Neumarkt was convenient for sightseeing, and the hotel is a beautiful building to look at and be in.

Review 55：Got back to hotel on saturday early evening ( 5.30) only to find thefront door locked and everything apart from rooms shut and locked withnobody about at all to help with anything, I thought the idea of goingaway for the weekend in a hotel was to be looked after with food anddrink available, not impressed at all!
