Review 1：I was looking for hotel with pool but it was closed. Reception guy made mistake in invoice and said its impossible to change. Breakfast was poor. Get worst room in hotel with view on wall. Staff have complexes!

Review 5：The start where we came to our room (business room with seaview) and the toilet was full and the whole bathroom smelled liked sh** ! The cleaning in generel was not sufficient (dust laying around), but could be worse. In generel the room was ok for a 3 star hotel, but no telephone, so couldn't call reception, restaurant etc. I think this might come out more negative, because a little more effort could make this hotel a real nice "get away" place.

Review 7：Most staff was really friendly and welcoming, especially our waiter and waitress (a bit older and experienced), but a couple of receptionists were probably a bit tired of tourists...

Review 32：The entire staff was non existent at 10:00 at night...there was no security staff, no one at the front desk..no one.... The pool area and spa area was closed up very early. We did lots of sight-seeing and it would have been nice to relax in the hot tub when we returned from a day of walking, but all those facilities were closed up and personnel had gone home.
