Review 1：I felt room was too small specially for the price I was paying.

Review 2：The facilities, location and staff were all superb. The hotel truly is beautiful and the spa lived up to our expectations. Staff was super friendly and gave us great advise on places to go and eat. View from the room was also breath-taking

Review 3：We got the most basic room. No investment at all in the design. Low heat of the room - it was cold at night. A thin blanket only, without spare one in the closet. No bathrobes. The worst 4 star hotel we ever been to. Definitely not worth the high price.

Review 6：View is incredible. Staff was VERY helpful. They called the airlines for us and reservations for a boat ride. After checking out, we did an activity. They let us use their spa area and shower even after checking out.

Review 7：We had the awful experience of finding, twice, hair in the food we ordered. It was very disappointing in the first time because we were hungry. The second time we thought: that's the it is. Another thing is the room temperature at the end of the afternoon. At the end of the day one could not stay in the room because of the high temperatures and the hotel does not have an AC. The internet is very poor, sometimes it does not work.

Review 9：The WiFi is poor. Just enough to check and send e-mails, but that was it. We stayed here during Christmas eve, and although the restaurant was very nice the whole time, I think they couldn't handle the amount of people that ate there during Christmas as the quality was considerably lower this specific evening. The choice for breakfast is limited.

Review 10：This hotel is really beautiful. The rooms, the common areas, the view over the lake, we had a very relaxing time here, even though we had to work. Staff went out of their way for us. Nice swimming pool and the restaurant was great as well. There was almost no reason to go into town.

Review 27：Amazing views of the lake, and the hotel itself is very nice architecturally. The pool was undergoing some work while we were there, but we didn't care, we just stayed in our room to watch the sunset over Nahual Huapi (which is all you'll want to do either).
