Review 1：The elevator was only serving 2 levels. Had to carry suitcase one staircase up. No restaurant. Just small breakfast room. No water boiler for tea or coffee in the room.

Review 2：The bed was really comfy. The room was large. Bathroom fully functional.

Review 3：The size of the room was great, staff were really friendly, and we were not charged for breakfast upon earlycheck-out. The location is in a quite area.

Review 6：Comfort is not up to standard like 4-star hotel. It's nice simple hotel, should be considered two or max three star hotel. There is no luxury or special comfort, as we get normally in 4-star hotel.

Review 8：We arrived late than we hoped due to problems on the motorway. However, we were shocked to find the hotel locked. It was only 8pm and on the booking details were were to ring if we were after 10pm. We had to ring a number noted on the door to be told the access code. The keys were on the reception desk. It would have been better to have known this in advance as it added to the stress of the day.

Review 25：Nicely located, small hotel with quiet rooms (garden side!) a garden terrace and windows you can actually open (I like to sleep with open windows and AC off). If you need to stay in Muehlheim/Ruhr it's one of the best choices. However, international business travelers should also consider to stay in Essen (which is a bigger city very close to Muehlheim) where you will find a much greater choice of business hotels.

Review 26：The lack of airconditioning. It was a warm July evening and, although weleft a fan on all night, it wasn't easy to sleep.

Review 28：There was none there on the sunday when I arrived, so I was worried in case I couldn't get in. Also as there was no staff there was no food available and noone to direct me to a good local eatery. The breakfast could have better variety but was overall good.
