Review 1：- the value for the money may have been a little bit higher but given the quality of the hotel and experience it was not bad
Review 2：- very friendly and helpful staff. Needed to take a long business call in late hours away from my room (travelled with children) and the staff was very accomodating to my request - good location to stay when visiting the Tropical Islands resort - overall a very neat and tidy hotel

Review 20：We were there in a heatwave - over 35° one day and our room was unbearably hot- hard to sleep. There was no bar fridge to keep cold drinks. The free wi fi kept dropping out and you had to log in again. They expected us to check out after 2 nights and it took 15 minutes to find the right file and me showing them my Booking.com details for them to realise their mistake . ... that was fine... it's a small family run hotel. One side of the hotel looks at the high school just across the road.
Review 21：The Spreewald area is pretty and relaxing and the hotel is right on one of the narrow interconnecting canals for punts, kayaks, canoes. It's a fairly small family run hotel, popular with German holiday makers. The terrace restaurant is next to the water and it serves a variety of Spreewald dishes. We hired kayaks and bicycles from the hotel - pretty cycle paths around Lübben.
Review 22：Hotel is located quite near a busy road (traffic lights) and therefore not all rooms have a quiet location.
