Review 1：1 Unpleasant smell first day in bathroom.2 Receptionist who couldn't speak English,yet the hotel is marketed for English speaking clients 3 Limited selection of food items for breakfast. 4 No room service. 5 No trays available to bring our own meal from the restaurant to our room. 6 No room cleaning provided until we complained. If it was one or two issues then we could accept a bottle of wine, but not for this amount of short commings, where we feel short changed in terms of this hotels failure to deliver what it has advertised online.This is not acceptable.What are you going to do to fix this?

Review 9：The receptionists did not know where I could have a dinner (the hotel's restaurant was deserted and it was not offered an option), and could not really communicate in English anyway.
Review 10：Rožnov pod Radhoštěm is a small city that has much to offer, but mid-March seemed to be an off-off season in the Hotel Energetic. There are some flaws in the hotel service, see below, but the room was clean and spacious, it was soothing to hear the creek gurgling below the window – so the wellness was there.
