Review 1：Mix up at check in. Staff suggested one of our booked rooms had no facilities (bathroom and toilet). Fortunately this was not the case.

Review 2：Booked specifically so children could enjoy the hot pools.

Review 3：Pity that they make residents pay to use hot pools - having to pay over $40 to have a quick dip is a bit much. Maybe look at having a better deal for people who don't have much time but would still like to use the facilities.

Review 12：The cabin we paid for was a cabin separated by a VERY thin wall, which was not explained at all when we were booking - and when another couple turned up in the other half we could hear EVERY word they said like they were sitting next to us. In fairness to the Spa though, with a little persuasion they did move us, but if they had been fully booked we would have been demanding our money back and going elsewhere.

Review 13：Only one toilet for 6 people. We stayed for 2 nights. Wifi for both nights were terrible!!! It was disconnected most of the time!!! Can't even chat! Totally gave up on the wifi.

Review 14：The chalet is very private and clean. Very spacious deck for you to sit outdoor to have your meal. Unfortunately no BBQ set provided but you can cook on the stove top.

Review 17：What a place! We had booked a basic room and got a free upgrade. The room was so comfortable, facilities in the park were great - laundry was super cheap. The staff were really friendly and the thermal pools were super, plus entry was discounted as we were staying. The best holiday park I have stayed in.

Review 29：When I arrived and checked in I was given a piece of paper that set out the fees for using the pools. I was told that as we were staying at Debretts that we would get a discount off the entry fee to the pools and that I needed to present the piece of paper. I did this when we went to the pools, but was told that there was no discount :(

Staff were welcoming, very accommodating when we had to alter dates & thoroughly professional... and they even emailed me after to say thanks for leaving the room tidy!!

Our cabin was joined walls with a mother and young son, you could hear everything and we also had no reception on out TV. Was actually very disappointed here.
