Review 1：The room was extremely noisy - facing onto a main road with no sound-proofing. The WiFi did not work one evening. The room was quite spartan - without even a kettle for making some tea.
Review 2：It was conveniently located opposite the Town Hall - where my conference was situated. The one young lady on reception was particularly helpful e.g. with advice about travelling around the area. The room was clean.
Review 3：It is a simple, conveniently located, basic hotel. All you need for a short stay. They don't have a restaurant but beside the hotel there is a Greek restaurant with good food, friendly service, and fair prices. The breakfast is simple but has all the basic for a good start of the day. The staff at this hotel were friendly, professional, and very accommodating to the need of the guests. My bed was super comfortable!
Review 4：The hotel was close to our family and very accessible, but it was also quiet and comfortable. The young lady on duty during our stay was very helpful and kind. Across the street from an interesting castle.
Review 5：We were at the top floor and the wifi signal was not that good. It would have been good if dinner was also served in-house (anyway, you can try the nearby Greek restaurant). Not everyone at the reception spoke English. Get your bathroom slippers as those are not provided.

Review 32：1) There was no shampoo in the bathroom and they would not provide it;2) the room did not have a fridge; 3) the TV did not work properly and there was no manual or something to explain how to use it. 4) the ad said there was "parking space" on site; this, however, is the pavement in front of the hotel. If you arrive late and the pavement in filled with others' cars, you have to park elsewhere.
Review 33：1) The room was very clean and obviously recently renovated;2) the location was great for us, since we went to a concert at Arena; 3) the breakfast buffet was worth the money; 4) the room being at the back, it was pretty cozy and silent.
