Review 1：Perfectly located hotel, very close to the slopes. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I would say big thank you for the people in the restaurant and at the bar. Food was gorgeous, especially New Year's Eve menue. Storage room is also a great advantage, you can dry your ski boots there and keep ski in the safe place. Strongly recommend to anybody who's looking for the warm comfortable place to stay in Soldeu. We'll be back for sure.

Review 21：The hotel is situated on the main road and all rooms appear to be to the front of the building, overlooking said road. Traffic travelled up and down this road continually throughout the night. I had great difficulty sleeping because of the noise of the traffic and passers-by, and there seemed to be little or no sound-proofing. Ear plugs a must!!

Review 22：The hotel was in a great central location, a short walk from the main gondola. All local bars etc were close by. The hotel was welcoming and appeared freshly decorated. My room was clean and comfortable, as was the en suite bathroom. Bed sheets were changed mid week and clean towels everyday! The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast provided was really good, with all the usual hot and cold options. A lovely wee hotel, would definitely recommend and will no doubt return in the future!

Review 24：This was a cosy hotel with an excellent buffet menu. The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. It is in an excellent location and there were no issues with late night noise. There was also good security to the hotel. The room was smaller than other hotels we have stayed in in the area but it was large enough for our needs. We will stay again at Montana.

Review 28：Location of the hotel is totally perfect! Near to funicular, 20 mins to Andorra la Vella. Rooms are not so large, but comfortable. SPA zone is also not so large, but very nice. The stuff is very friendly and they are happy to help.

Review 29：Dinner was fairly basic but our 19 year old was very happy to help himself to as much as he wanted from the buffet. Unfortunately the wifi was limited to the reception and bar areas and was not very reliable. Apparently an upgrade is on the way.

Review 30：Having booked the last available room in Soldeu, our expectations were not high but the Xalet Montana turned out to be a gem. Room was excellent, more spacious than it appeared in the photos, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was brilliant. Great view of the mountains from our room on the 4th floor.

Review 33：The hotel offers no service but the basic. They make no effort to havelittle extras to make you feel good. No internet (or 8ko/s! Theyshare a router with the other hotel in front Naudi. And claim to offerfree wifi in the lobby but it never works). No magazine, newspaper orother games to enjoy after the ski.

Review 39：The hotel advertises the spa area in their website but they don't inform us that a supplement has to be paid, normally the hotel should make clear what supplements are in their services, i.e. parking, WiFi, spa, etc like most of hotels do. Also I would have been happy to pay for a supplement (specially if informed at the time of reservation) the price was 10 euros!! We honestly found this well over priced!! If that would have been half the price we would have used the spa few times, instead we didn't use it once so the hotel didn't make any money at all from us, maybe this would be something worth to revise for the hotel?

Review 40：The hotel location was perfect for our ski holiday, the staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The room was perfect and with stunning views over the ski resort. Room was very clean and comfortable. The bar area in the ground floor was very good for us to be able to do some work on the computer and had free WiFi which was very helpful. The breakfast was very good with choice of hot and cold food, cereals, breads and the waiters so helpful and friendly. Ours was a very nice experience that would like to repeat.

Review 41：Good that they have a spa, jacuzzi, and supposedly fitness, but no oneused it because they charge per person extra per day. It was mentionedin fine print I see, but note that it's cheaper to just to and pay atanother hotel. The internet does not work in the whole hotel--it worksfor five minutes in the lobby out of every hour, which is nearworthless. And in Soldeu, this hotel is about as far away from thegondola as you can get. Would never stay here again.

Review 42：The safe didn't work easily in my room, then jammed completely on mypenultimate day, I eventually managed to pull it open but the managerwasn't very helpful. She tried her key then said it was Sunday and nomaintenance people work on Sundays. If I was leaving that morning Iwould not have been able to get my money and passports etc. There shouldhave been an emergency maintenance team for such events. Having to payto use the small spa area. The jacuzzi smelt of sewage and I got anelectric shock off it when I touched the side. The receptionist told methis had happened the week before and supposedly had been fixed. Weasked not to be charged for the spa because we hadn't been able to usethe jacuzzi but the receptionist insisted because we had used the pool.After a day skiing the jacuzzi is what is needed. My pillow case had ahole in it (for 160 euros per night!) The bolster was hard so asked forsofter pillows. Blankets were provided instead of a duvet. I doubt thesewere changed everytime so it's not hygienic. The wifi only worked in thereception area and one part of the lounge.
