Review 1：Few parking places and very tight and difficult to get into. Room on ground floor very noisy due to traffic and pedestrians if window is open. No restaurant. Hotel built in such a way, that you could not view the river unless you brave the cold and go outside

Review 7：Unfortunately there was no hot water on the first night. On the plus side - the staff were very receptive to my complaint - and it was restored for the second night. It was nice to receive a bowl of fresh fruit by way of apology. Sadly the water was again cold on the third night. I was disappointed not to have tea making facilities in the room; however this was my first time in Germany and this may well be the norm.
Review 8：All of the staff were very efficient and capable. The management of the visit, before arrival, during the stay and on departure was excellent . The whole thing, including organising my golf rounds was flawless. Everything ran like clockwork. A first class and very friendly service.
