Review 1：There is glass between the shower/wc and the bedroom and it's a bit awkward when in wc

Review 3：Difficult to find first time due to one-way system, volume of traffic (especially on Christmas Eve) & no name at the end of the narrow road/alley leading to hotel. The hotel has 2 reserved parking spaces in a private car park, we had to find alternative parking until a space was available, pay the attendant €5, take the ticket to hotel reception where it was photo-copied & we were refunded the €5. The wash basin in the bathroom was very unusual & not very practicable. Although a large room, there was only 1 chair for sitting at the desk. We asked for another chair but never got one so had to use one from the balcony. The supposedly hot buffet food at breakfast & (much worse) at the evening meal was lukewarm or cold, even though it had just been laid out - very disappointing!

Review 7：We were unable to get internet connection and we were 3 people travelling on business 3 laptops 3 iPhones all unable to connect in lobby, rooms or with lan connection. Staff tried but were unable to resolve the issue so lots of time spent working in Starbucks!

Review 9：Internet wasn't available in the hotel they said they had a problem with the wireless connection, the Internet on 2 pc's found in the lobby with a modem internet connection where normally functioning. The rooms are a bit small.

Review 10：It's a very nice hotel with a great location 2 minutes away from larnaca's sea side where all the cafes and pubs are located, as well as its so close (1minute walking) to the shopping area in the old town. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is good with a variety of foods, the rooms were clean.

Review 11：- till now we don't know which hot beverages are extra paid (during breakfast or dinner?). At the end we paid extra 5 euros and don't know for what exactly. It's not a problem, but should be clear information about payment for beverages during meals. - would be better if dinner was a buffet.

Review 31：Our reservation was supposed to be a refundable one with unlimited cancelation based on the reservation confirmation,however the whole amount of the reservation was blocked on my credit card before arrival and there was no option to pay in cash. Since our room was a very smelly one (smelled of cigarette smoke) and the hotel was full, we could only get a new room the next morning, by when we would have preferred to move to another hotel but could not, since the amount was already locked on my card and we were informed it is nonrefundable. The manager upgraded us to a bigger room, which was much better but still found a cockroach in the bathroom one day (which is a problem in all Cyprus hotels according to the cleaning lady). Overall the hotel needs renovation, probably not by changing the carpets, but removing those and replacing those with normal tiles.

Review 32：The location is very central, within easy reach of public transport, main attractions & the beach. When we experienced issues with the cleanliness of the room, the manager upgraded us to another room looking at the sea, which was really nice of her. Breakfast and the staff was really nice, very helpful and friendly.

We got upgraded to a grand superior room for free, it had a very nice view and a lovely terrace with sun loungers, great place to grab a beer in the evenings. Room was thoroughly cleaned every day.

Review 58：The balcony faced a parking lot, the fire escape stairs lead directly to the balcony - people can see into your room and there is easy access from outside to the balconies.

Review 65：The bathroom has glass walls (partially see-through) and when the light is on, the rest of the room is lighted. This is a problem if one person is sleeping and the other is using the bathroom. The outside air conditioning unit is on the balcony and is pretty noisy, so it was not possible to sleep with the AC on. Also, if the AC is on, you cannot stay on the balcony, as the unit air is blown towards your feet. There was an easy to fix problem with the toilet seat and even if it was reported from the second day of the stay, it took almost 4 days to be fixed.

We found friendly people in Cyprus, we had a very good time. Nice experience renting a car from Stevens Car Rentals, a car is needed to visit Cyprus. It is a very good location to discover Cyprus (Limassol, Nicosia, Agia Napa, Famagusta, Paphos, Stavrovouni Monastery, Lefkara).

Review 80：The hotel is centrally located and inexpensive. A few minor items mentioned on booking.com were not immediately available but a small complaint to the morning receptionist were eventually made available. Most of the hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

Review 90：Everything was perfect. If I could try hard to find a dis-convenience, that could be the lack of parking in front of the hotel, and I had to walk 8 minutes to the allocated parking from the hotel, but this was not a big deal after all.

Review 91：The wifi signal was perfect. In every floor they have an access point, so reception is good. In my room we had also a LAN socket, so I could connect my laptop with wire to the Internet. Internet was fast. The television had many channels, and we could watch some nice movies in the Dubai One channel which I really liked. The breakfast was superb. There were very rich buffets and you could select to eat anything. A lady was preparing the coffee of your choice. There is a small area to use the Internet free of charge [there are two PCs there] and print your return ticket for an online check in. The browsers on that PCs are a bit slow, but you could use it for basic web connectivity. I give a deposit of 20euros [which was returned to me at the checkout] and took a free parking card for the municipal parking, located 8 minutes on foot. Every day I parked my car there and I did not have any problem. The beach is one block distance, so you could swim or eat at the very popular foinikoudes beach area. There are various clubs in some near roads. My room at the 5th floor was very quiet. All the people at the reception are very helpful. They gave me instructions to every request. The room was cleaned every day, and replaced shampoo or bath soap. I really liked the electric kettle inside my room thus, I could prepare my own cup of tea or coffee whenever I wanted. The mini bar had small empty space, so I could place two yoghurts and one small bottle of water. I had hot water all the time in my bathroom.

Review 106：When we checked into the hotel they gave us room 109 which was previously a smokers room which was MORE than stinky & dirty ... it smelled like years of smoke trapped in a small space (it was really really disturbing & I don't have problems with smoke even though I don't smoke) & the carpets were really really dirty ... they them moved us to a new room 106 which was basically situated on the steps so we could hear all the staff passing by in the morning & also the safe was not working as the batteries was flat (whereas the staff on duty that evening couldn't change the batteries) so we had to travel everywhere with our safe belongings ;0(
