Review 1：The room was dirty, especially the bathroom and the curtains was dirty. Later at the evening we tried to visit the bar. We who visit the hotel couldnt come in to the hotel bar because it was booked! At the breakfast we couldnt get any seats bacause it was full, we was rekommended to come back after 20 min, we did, still no room. And the staff just do nothing. Many things at the brakfast was empty the staff just talked with each other, thats not the way to solve a problem.

Review 3：Little bit of a lack of attention to detail - a few niggles, nothing which would stop me staying again, but irritations e.g shower didn't keep a constant temperature and shower head didn't stay in place. Also remote for TV didn't work.

Review 6：The views from our room were great, the room was basic but comfortable, and the Altstadt and other points of interest were just a couple of minutes walk away so it was very convenient. Also just a 5 minute walk to train station and cruise ships.

Review 16：Very friendly and helpful staff,cozy and very clean room and bathroom. I personally liked the fact that there was a hair dryer in the bathroom,complementary tea and coffee in the room.Very good breakfast on the top of the hotel with lovely view of the Kiel's skyline.
Review 17：I stayed in 2 rooms one twin one single: one smelt a lot of cigarette smoke. Some of the hotel felt dated and worn. When changing between rooms, there was no space to store luggage as luggage room was full, which meant I had to take my luggage with me.
Review 18：Location was central and easy to get to shops and cafes. Breakfast was good with standard range of food, had waffles too! Wifi was good, though didn't work in the lobby. Over all it was a comfortable stay, room was clean and staff were helpful.

In response to when can I be helped, "11pm but I think thats too late". The soap and shower gel were muddled up. The breakfast was not vegetarian friendly. Generally poor service.

Review 73：When I arrive ,they said that we are fully book, even if I have book theroom and I have the reservation, than I wait more than 2 hours till theyfind room for me , 2nd I order parking place,but when I arrive there wasno parking place, but when I did scandal they already find for me placefor parking and I paid for that. The room was so small not evenaccording to my order. The room was not so clean. I am very disappointedfrom that hotel and I will never stay at this hotel in the future . youshould look after your clients

Review 78：- Staff not friendly, especially the male one (you say good morning to him he doesn't bother to reply!)- Room service needs to be better trained: I left a knife, fork and spoon that I used from the other night on a napkin on the table, instead fo exchanging them for clean ones, or at least rinsing them, they left them there all sticky and stinky! - I asked for an iron, was required to go down and fetch it myself... not to be expected in a 3 star hotel! what happened to room service? - The sun was hitting the room throughout the entire afternoon with no A/C or fridge in the room, turning it into a sauna, the bottle of water was so hot... I asked for a different room the woman at the reception said they were booked out, but checked online and they were not! Every afternoon I had to sit there and sweat my skin off after a stressful day of meetings... and if you open the window the annoying street noise is too loud (a guy with an ugly voice singing right down the window!). I asked for a room facing the other direction of the hotel for my next stay, let's see how it goes. - Lack of minibar... you do not need to fill it, just have a small fridge so peopel can have something cool to drink that they bought themselves... no need to punish customers this way!

Review 84：To begin with there is no parking permited at the Hotel entrance not even for checking in! As offerd by the hotel we had opted to take advantage of the in house parking in the basement. The 14 odd spaces were to small for a BMW 520. So we got advised to use the Karstadt above ground Park house which is about one half.5 km located from the hotel. As it was a Saturday the Park house was filled with cars from Karstadt's customers. We finally managed to find a parking space on the 8th floor. The next day, a Sunday morning, we went to retrieve our car and found out that no elevators were accesible wich gave us no choice but to walk up the stairs to the 8th floor.Considering my husband is 83 years of age this topped the cake!!!

Review 86：Hotel don't have own parking space. Visitors must park cars in town parking lot, away from hotel. Hotel compensate part of parking price, but if you are traveling by car and you need to comeback to parking lot few times per day, it makes troubles.
Review 87：My room was not ready when I arrived. I found in the towel a very long hair, the wc was not clean enough, there were rest of urine all around it. The night lamp was completely cover with dust. The air smelt dusty and too warm inside.

Review 91：On arrival I didn't receive the standard of room I had booked. The hotel was full so the staff had no options. However they offered me a discount and moved me the following day to a lovely room. Sometimes things go wrong but ths staff handled this situation in a superb manner. They were professional and helpful.
Review 92：Terrible beds. Madresses very hard and unconfortable. Beds sliding onthe floor making it impossible to sit on the bed with ones back againstthe wall. The two beds slides apart when moving in your sleep.Only German TV :-(((
