Review 1：No airco in rooms. It was 38 degrees when we were there and for a 4 star hotel, I assumed they had it. We did get a decent breeze after opening the balcony door.

Review 5：I did booked this specific hotel because it had spa area and it was my BIRTHDAY weekend so we wanted to have spa treatments but when we got there we was told that the spa area is closed. We was really disappointed and I did question the staff why and how come we was not informed before the arrival email and phone number was provided with the booking info. The Ladies at front desk was really unhelpful and not friendly so we had the impression being not welcome. We would not go back the and would not refer for our friends to go. We hope that this wouldn't happen to other guest and that they will improve the customer service and the way that they handle the process with customer concerns.
