Review 1：The bathrobe provided in the room had a big hole in the right (wrong :() pocket so my mobile felt and it broke. I made a complaint to the reception and they send a sweet compensation :)

Review 2：The stunning view from the front sea room - enjoying the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony! Highly recommended! Otherwise, a reasonable 4* hotel, clean, comfortable, good breakfast.

Review 3：By the checkout , we asked for couple of minutes extra time to get ready for our flights, but they decently denied as they have someone arriving on time check in . It could be true but it's a big hotels with plenty of rooms and it's not a peak time as in November .

Review 7：We came back to this hotel for the third time, because we like it very much. It has an excellent beach, provides towels and chaise lounges for free, has a gym, a tennis court, bars and a restaurant. Staff is very helpful and can advise on excursions available and even book them for the guests. Its location outside the town of Larnaca is very convenient: you can avoid crowds and noise and have a peaceful rest if you wish, but it is easy to reach the town by bus.

Review 16：The mini-fridge was not capable to keep the food/drinks cold - it could suit cold countries like Netherlands/Denmark, but not hot country like Cyprus. On the opposite side, the indoor poor and indoor jacuzzi had the same cold water as outdoor pool while I expected them to be a bit warmer when it's not hot enough outdoors. But those were very minor problems that could be ignored. The hotel is not in Larnaca itself but about 7-8 km to the north, so take it into account when you plan to arrive there (taxi, rent a car etc.)

Review 17：Clean and spacious room, bed was comfortable, bathroom new and clean and had all the amenities, breakfast was tasty and had great variety including hot and cold dishes, polite and helpful reception (even borrowed us a pair of scissors and EU power adapter for free when needed). Private parking inside hotel yard with enough space. Private clean beach, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center - everything clean and operating from early morning till late evening.

Review 18：Gym could of opened at 7 instead of 8 unless you get up really early too hot for a run/walk so that hour opening earlier would of been ideal

Review 25：This is not a four star hotel. However, i have stayed in a humber of other hotels in Cyprus claiming to be four star and none of them meet even the basic rating of what we would normally expect. The wine and drinks are poor with little choice. The food is basic at best.

I can Tell You that ,,Everything was Not on Standard,, The Hotel Was trying to save Cents on their costs,, They Didn't Change our Bed Sheet,, no Towel change. Not Any Service to room Even If You want To pay,, small Car park,, No washing cloth available,, Even If you want to pay,, Everything is Costy and Double Priced,, Lobby is Like a Internet Café as Wifi only available there,, No place to meet other Guests,, Very old Furniture,, Breakfast was Terrible,, everybody had a problem with the door to get close to pool and Staff just standing and looking at you ,, Front beach is not Walkable,, after 8:00 pm ,,Everything nearby is closed, Our next door Guests Were Fighting and when I called reception,,They Did Absolutely Nothing,, we stayed 6 days in Paphos in similar Hotel all inclusive,, Everything was Great there,, After all I think Larnaca is not a good choice for Tourists,,I advise them To go to Agia napa,,You can get better Hotel with the better service in the same price and Place is amazing,, Even Paphos and Nicosia are much Better,, I really Hate to say this But this place is not for Tourists and clearly Management Team Have a long way to get to that point.

Review 35：6 euro wi-fi for 24 euro (just for one device) and the internet connection was very bad. Mini bar menu in the room but the fridge was empty. No sleepers, iron machine, cafe and some other normal things for 4* hotel. Room service is coloring at 01:00, go chance to find any water nearby. Plastic ugly chairs and table on the balcony.

At the time of our stay some woman football team took over the swimming pool without any notice,making it impossible for other guests to use. The hairdryer in my room didnt work and wardobe was almost impossible to open.I think in 4 star hotel it shouldn't be the case. I can't say i felt welcome there. Everything is very offical there.

Review 40：Outdated business practices. Wifi is an extra cost unless you go to the lobby. This is not 1980 - get it together Lordos. I seen people come in and sit in the lobby to use the Wifi while as a paying customer it cost extra for me - priceless Lordos priceless. Its often the small things that make a hotel a "cut above the rest". Fire management and start over.

Review 56：We booked for two nights Christmas eve and Christmas day, sadly we had to leave on Christmas morning due to me coming down with a terrible cold. The hotel did not charge us for the day, which was so unusual, we have stayed in hotels around the world, and never experienced this attitude, it was very refreshing.

Review 57：Quite a way out of the town. A 4* hotel should not be charging €6 per day for in-room internet. Whilst room service was reasonably priced, some basic tea/coffee in the room would be a simple addition at very little cost. Charging to use the in-room fridge for your own purchases was incredibly petty!

It was a winter trip, so we couldn't check the outside premises.
