Review 1：Hotel has no lift. Although I have specified at the time of booking that I will be heavily pregnant at the time of our stay we were given room on the top floor.There was no remote control in the room for air conditioning and guests had to call the reception to regulate it- this was inconvenient.

Review 2：Hotel has a good location, close to tourist attractions. Room was clean and comfortable,great size.Staff friendly and helpful.

Review 3：The staff could be more professional. For example, when we arrived the lady at the reception was on phone. We were standing there for 10 minutes and she did not even acknowledge us like we were not there. When she finally started the check in, the phone rang again, she just rolled her eyes but did not say sorry or thank you for your patience. It is small details but it spoils the impression.

Review 17：The receptionist wasn't overly friendly, we have gotten a smokingroom which we were not informed while checking in (as we have requestednon smoking) so I have woken up with massive headache and that withbeing pregnant didn't help. When we have checked out my boyfriendhas told the receptionist we were not happy about being given a smokingroom and she only said she didn't know how that happened. Alsopillows could do with changing.

Review 19：- double bed made from two separated beds - high price of wellness (one visit could be included in the price of hotel room) - wellness should have some hours for men and women separated or the entrance in the swimming suits could be allowed - some guests are speaking very loudly in the wellness area - poor quality and high price of the meals in a restaurant, no offer of tap water (even if you pay a lot for a wine) - staff at the reception desk is not very helpfull and kind (concerning recommendation for a trips without car etc.) - the location of the hotel is not at all convenient while travelling without a car
