Review 1：We stayed there because Essen Board Game Convention, there are only 4 tables available to play board games in the evening and the rest it is for breakfast, the guy came to us (we were playing on the tables for "breakfast") and he was very rude asking us to leave, we went to our rooms because the 4 tables available were already taken. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The old building has no lift and we were in the 4th floor with big luggage.

Review 3：Everything except location. If you are not travelling by car, you should check on the bus routs ahead or catch a taxi - it was a very bad idea to walk to the hotel from train station on foot.
Review 4：Would have liked a little more variety for breakfast. Also we had very noisy neighbours that came in at 5am, and with no one at reception then to tell them to be quiet, we were woken up and couldn't get back to sleep.

Review 32：The sound insulation is not that good. You can hear the TV and noises from the other rooms. Thankfully after 23:00 almost everyone was sleeping and the hotel provides earplugs in the room but didn't need them.
