Review 1：Arrived at 10.30pm and couldn't get in for ~20 mins. The hotel leave a contact tel number. No one answered although the door was opened anyway.

Review 3：For those who prefer a quiet night the rooms to the front are quit noisy as the hotel is right in the center were also buses, bikers and pedestrians cross all day (and night). The keys to the room are quite heavy and need to be carried all day when one intends to come back later in the evening than the hotel entrance is open.

Review 4：Spacious room in the suites, comfortable beds and nice bathroom goodies. Excellent breakfast including everything one can think of and very friendly, helpful staff. Possibility to park the car at an acceptable price in their own garage.

Review 5：Not a 24h reception, only until 22:00 (sometime 21:50), if you arrive for check in unexpected later you'll have an issue. The heating was off (12°C outside) when I arrived late, so I took both blankets as I booked luckily a double room with single usage. Next morning (as there was no 24h reception) I informed the receptionist and I was told they will switch it on immediately. I arrived again late (21:50), no receptionist, still no heating, so I changed the hotel immediately and dropped in next morning for check-out and cancellation of the rest 2 nights. That's why a bad rating for comport and quality of sleep. The hotel re-opened with a new management which made some changes, e.g. the breakfast options was less than in the past and not a good value for money. The receptionist had to give me many different codes for the wlan until one was working.

Review 7：To say the shower "didn't have water pressure" is an understatement; it dribbled so little water, I didn't bother conditioning because it took so long to get the shampoo out. For the double beds, it is actually 2 single beds pushed together which isn't the most comfortable. I asked for an iron/ironing board and was told it was being used by another guest and there was not another one. The church bells across the street sound on the hour starting at daylight, and it is very audible inside the rooms.

Review 8：The staff is excellent; very very friendly. The location is ideal; right downtown and easily in walking distance of everything. The provide many amenities such as soap, q tips, shampoo, nail file, etc. The breakfast was really good... eggs, cheese, pastries, plenty of options. We had the Jr Suite and it was quite a bit larger than a normal hotel room with a dining room table included.

Review 22：I had just come in on an overnight flight, and then a bus from Munich, and I had with meetings beginning at 12:30. The staff went above and beyond to get my room ready for an early check-in so I could shower and prepare. They stored my luggage and brought me complimentary coffee while I waited. The location in town can't be beat, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and neat. I will definitely be staying here again on my future trips.

Review 23：Only thing i hated was that we were far from munich centre and we came to germany to see the CL Final and found it very difficult to get back to the hotel. When i searched for hotels in munich this one came up. So becareful its 50mins away from munich centre

Review 25：We didn't like the fact that the great bar and restaurant were not functioning this time and we are sorry to hear that this Hotel will be closing at the end of June this year.
