Review 1：the apartment was very dirty , welcome staff very very bad , egyption staf un helpful, they bring the extra bed after 90 min after i order them twice, no one take the bags , very very very very very bad hotel many people had the same problem

Review 7：Very busy. Noisy (it appears to be geared to families) do lots if running around children and shouting. Bed was too soft for my liking. Room was noisy: A/C, fan kept going on and off erratically and weird noise.

Review 9：On the 6th of January evening, I went to the Resturant to take ceaser salad and I told the attendant(a girl) that I will seat outside.But the guy I met outside asked me if I am a smoker, I told him no but I prefer to stay outside to take ceaser salad but to my suprise the guy did not attend to me.

Review 19：The kitchen was missing a few necessities for cooking. There were only 4 mugs, no other drinking cups. There was no tupperware to save any food, nor plastic wrap or aluminum foil. They only had one boiling pot, but I requested another and they were hesitant to give it to me until I mentioned how much I was paying for the room.

Review 20：The room was always cleaned, including the kitchen and all of its appliances everyday. When I needed a charger and converter, they had them available. Staff was excellent. It was also right next to the metro which is sometimes faster than taking a taxi due to traffic.

Review 25：We didn't like anything except the housekeeping and parkade staff. It should be noted somewhere in the description that it is a dry hotel (meaning no alcohol is served). The rooms smelled of mold and cat pee. Even though we stayed on a non-smoking floor, there were clearly many guests smoking in them, as it was evident whenever we were going from, or coming to our hotel room. The first room they put us in smelled of mold AND sewage, so we were moved to a room that only smelled of mold and cat pee. In fact there was visible mold in the kitchen. We stayed in a Premiere Suite, which had a kitchen, with a large fridge and a couple of dishes, but they didn't even provide a microwave or toaster. The couch that was in the living room looked like it was found in a dumpster and brought up to the room. We had to lay blankets over it so no part of our bodies made any contact with it. All the furniture was badly stained and dilapitated. The reception staff were very difficult to understand and the location is probably one of the most difficult places to get in and out of due to constant traffic coming off of Sheikh Zyed Rd, in order to stop at one of the busiest petrol stations in the area before going onto Hessa Street. And don't even get me started on the frustration of the elevators that stop for no reason on every floor!! We have lived in Dubai for almost 20 years, and know the hotel standards there very well, and this hotel didn't meet any of them. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to to anyone. It was not a pleasant experience in any way, shape or form. Not even slightly good value for money.

Review 29：The apartment was not very clean. The floors were sticky. There was no tea kettle, no iron or board, no drinking glasses. One hairdryer was not working. These were all taken care of, except the hairdryer which we managed without since we had one working in the second bathroom

Review 32：Loved this hotel for a three day break in Dubai over New Year. The view from our room on the 37th floor was exactly like the photos. Balcony was right in the sun and looked onto Sheikh Zayed Road, two mins from the Metro Station and only two stops from the Mall of the Emirates. Loved our room which included a living room, kitchen, bathroom, huge bed and plenty of mirrors and storage. Great minimart for snacks, drinks and toiletries. Request a city view for the best views of Dubai. Staff were really helpful from the minute you get out of the taxi, to room service and extra requests such as early check in. 40AED from the airport and 15AED from Dubai Marina.

Review 39：The room was clean but found the cleaning staff a bit impolite, particularly the front desk staff (check in) were too quick & came off quite dismissive. (With the exception of Rinna & Raznick whom I must say were the epitome of hospitality). We were also informed upon arrival that our booking/payment was exclusive of breakfast. I found that quite annoying as I wasn't previously aware of that.

Review 40：Two of the staff (Raznick & Rinna) were particularly helpful & nice with the warmest & polite disposition. They made our stay there really worth it. I also found the lady (Onomah) at the children's zone really warm & friendly with the children. My daughter really liked her.

Review 41：Housekeeping was not good, used towels were removed without providing new ones. We had to call daily for the same issue and the staff response was very slow. Bad wifi in one room.

A month before arrival I asked if we could have rooms close to each other, certainly on the same floor. Even though this was agreed, we were on 3 different floors upon check in. The early check in promised didn't happen despite my Genius status on Booking.com & requesting this by phone & email many times before arrival. This situation was very difficult for my elderly wheelchair bound mother, until we could change one room, after phoning the Duty Manager, on day 2. Although there was a washing machine & dish washer in our apartment we were not given any dishwasher powder or washing machine powder despite asking for some. There wasn't even a tea towel in the kitchen, which was badly equipped. There is literally a building site outside the hotel so we were woken at 7-7.20am every morning due to construction noise. The restaurant was average. The WiFi was poor in our room. Poor location. Cannot walk to anything from the hotel except a Metro stop.

Review 44：It was nice to have an apartment. The beds were comfortable. The staff were good at helping to arrange a wheelchair hire & airport pick up service. The gym had good equipment. The man outside was good at helping to get a taxi. The staff promptly helped us arrange a doctor's appointment for my mother.

Review 61：The staff was disrespectful. They had some sort of emergency going on and they all gave different versions of the story. One practically called me a liar. They expected my sister to submit her passport every time at check in. They were very rude about it. Worst I've ever had to deal with. Half of the things in the room did not even work properly or didn't work at all. I was told this hotel was entitled to 5 star rating of they were to serve alcohol. After this stay, I wouldn't give them more than 3.

While parking there was hotel security present and neverthought it would become such an issue. After 1 hr of checking in theDuty manager Hisham called and told us to move the bikes while we werealready in bed and we didnt think it would be a great deal as its for afew hours amd fell asleep. The duty manager took it personally andcalled the police and brought the police behind our hotel door!!!!! Andif that was not enough, he asked the police to toe our bikes at3:30am!!! When I called and asked politely in the beginning the wasyelling to thats its wrong place to park and being beyond rude! As awoman you hardly come across hotel staff behaving this with a guest! Ittook us 3 hours to understand where to find them as nothing is in onlinesystems. After we found, we waited ages on the police station for themto put the fines online ans than take taxi back to ad as the bikes canbe only taken the day after. Moreover, it was a police officer himselfwho said that the police would have had no right to take them from hotelproperties and give fine unless convinced bybthe hotel!!!! Revenge forwhat I wonder!?

Review 81：We didnt get the best view but what we did get was lottery for my toddler who loved watching busses and trains pass by. The location is a bit of a pain if you are a tourist and have no GPS until you get familiar with the area.

Review 85：When we checked in they wanted a deposit either in cash or by credit card. As we didn't have a card we had to use cash; pounds. We were then told it would be given back to us in dirhams and it wouldn't be the same amount depending on the exchange rate on the date of check out. Considering we'd just stayed in two other hotels they were able to give us the money back in pounds and the exact amount too. The balconies were really dusty and were not cleaned for the duration of our stay. Staff were pretty blasé too.

Review 114：The furnitures were a bit dated the sofa had coffee stains on them the bathroom on most days we were only given one towel yet they checked 2 of us in and had a copy of our passports. Was not too pleased that we had to deposit 700 derhams though we got the money back at check out

Review 123：The hotel is beautiful, convinient with lots of amenities... mini supermarket, starbucks, great in-house restaraunts, great pool and jacuzzi etc. Front office staff were very helpful and fast in their service. Karen ensured our check-in and reception was pleasant. Housekeeping supervisors stepped in to sort out our many issues especially the tall bespectacled gentleman (didnt catch the name.. so sorry) Proximity to the metro was awesome. Bellboy John was always helpful with directions, tips on Dubai and always asked for updates on our daily experiences.

Very well equipped and clean gym. Decent sizes swimming pool on the 8th floor with a jacuzzi. Metro station is right outside the hotel back entrance. The view from balcony is very good overlooking sheik zayed road.

Review 139：Not happy with charging the refundable deposit AED 300 per each night .They should have system to block the amount through credit card without deducting the whole amount. Still waiting for AED 900 to be credit back .I checkout from the hotel 21 afternoon.
