Review 1：the staff were very nice and wellcoming. The owner made reall effort to make us happy including change to better room with no extra cost. over 2 nights you get blackforest red card for free which let you save money on entarnce to some locations.

Review 2：If I have to be really, really "picky" I could say that nicer bedding would be an area of improvement. We were there in summer and the bedding needed perhaps a blanket or something light to sleep under instead of the really warm duvet (which should be great in winter!). A nicer mattress can be considered and some cooling on a hot summer day. But now I am being really picky. Over-all it was great.

Review 4：The hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly. Great breakfast buffet. Awesome pool with very warm water. The showers are hot - which is unlikely for a hotel this size. We loved every minute of our stay and just booked another stay at this hotel. A real luxury hotel and well worth the money we paid.
