Review 1：- No restaurant open at 9pm when checking in - signs are not very good to direct to the room
Review 2：Staff was very helpful when I told them I was looking for another night accommodation in the area
Review 3：Limited time to check in. I called to inform I would be late but no one picked up the phone. I called Booking for help: I have been repeated 3 times that check-in was till 19 and I called late. When I said that I understood the 1st time, I was told that I was free to work out a solution on my own, that was disappointing to hear. Of course I received proposals to stay in an other place through email: 3 hotels in Dalat, Vietnam!!! The hotel however was well organized as when I arrived, there was a number on the door and someone immediately answered my call to give me instructions to retrieve my key. So the hotel is pretty fine for late arrivals but Booking should have been informed about that. Except this, the bed was too soft.
Review 4：Very simple room which is fine, however there is no air ventilation system, so with the window shut the room feels hot and not fresh air in summer time.
