Review 1：There was no single remark when I was booking that there is no single sauna or jacuzzi in a hotel. Apparently complete wellness was under construction. In that case i would book a hotel in town not in forest.

Review 21：Things started badly: you must climb a longish set if stairs to reach the entrance (there is a ramp, but it means a long detour), and there was snow on the stairs. Slippery as hell, especially when carrying two suitcases. I told reception to better clean away the snow to avoid accidents, but the snow was there, unchanged, still the next morning.On check-in, I asked at what time the spa ("wellness area") would close, as if been looking forward to relax in the sauna after a grayish winter day, and was told that "it is full"; the lady said I should have reserved the sauna at least two days earlier....As the sauna had been one if the main reasons I had chosen that hotel, I was of course disappointed: It never happened to me in the past that a main feature advertised by a hotel was "unavailable" because it was "fully booked, by guests".I think I can expect to have everything a hotel advertises available to me during my stay ... I was half expecting to be told the next morning at breakfast that it was fully booked, and that I'd had to reserve it two days earlier ...In a disappointed way I got to my room that was okay ... but the bathroom: it was the size of an average hotel room in Paris (including its bathroom!), at least 14 m2! Nice tiles, but not very nicely equipped: I felt a bit lost in the vast, unused space as I sat and admired my huge bathroom, complete with echo (almost).The TV set was nice, had many channels (many of them programmed several times) - but none of them was international, no CNN, nothing I could understand - useless. In a 4 1/2 star hotel (one review awarded that to this hotel), you'd expect a carefully sorted channel list, the same in every room, with at least a minimum selection of channels for international visitors.
