Review 4：This is hotel was simply breathtaking, by far the most memorable place I have ever stayed. We were on our honeymoon and received an upgrade to the honeymoon suite, and first class service throughout. With a balcony leaning over the two lakes beneath, a heavenly restaurant with spectacular food, and an infinity pool to die for, this hotel exceeds expectations.
Review 5：Unfortunately, the hotel does not meet up the standards of a 'SmallLuxury Hotel' in terms of personnel and services. There are ahandful of English-speaking personnel, the rest did not help but calledon those that did speak English which meant you had to wait each time.This was especially an issue at the reception. The breakfast was notthat great, just slightly more sweet and cereal variety than otherhotels of a lower price category. The lunch restaurant only servescomplete meals, no snacks. The dinner restaurant's menu is toonarrow to deserve the 'gourmet' label. The bathroom was smallrelative to the size of the room. All in all, the personnel and ervicesneed to be upgraded to cater international clients.
