Review 1：Nice hotel in a good spot, middle in the City. Privateigentum parking is available for 7 Euro per day. The room is clean and good breakfast is included.

Review 10：Lack of air-con in the bedroom was a problem, admittedly during a heatwave (35+C). And the breakfast room was very slow at peak times, the single coffee machine causing long queues.

Review 12：The receptionist on our first day was very unfriendly - he didn't say a word when we cheked in (other staff was OK). You cannot rely on Wi-Fi - two of three days there was no internet connection and we were said that it often happens because of the internet provider.

Review 18：This is the type of hotel that I prefer as I liked the fact that the hotel was small, intimate, well run with good comfortable facilities and conventional furnishings. The breakfast was good, the staff accommodating and I could not find any fault with this establishment. Parking was cheap and convenient within the hotel grounds.

The main street nearby had a few restaurants and bars but they were not appealing in any way and I felt I was not in a secure area. One has to leave the car near the entrance where no parking place was available, and to inform the staff that one would like to go into the garage, this is a bit annoying. Although I reserved a parking place (7€ per night) , once it was given to someelse and I had to take another garage, which was just a l waste of 5 minutes in the morning. No internet access in my room on the 2nd floor for a whole week.

Cheap parking is available about a 15 minute walk away from the hotel if the hotel parking is full. Rooms are very clean but on the small side with a larger than normal bathroom. Hotel information in English and German and the staff was fluent in English.

Review 101：We based ourselves at the Altstadthotel for our visit to the Champions League final in Munich. It is perfectly situated about 30mins north on the A9 with a direct route to the Allianz Arena. The accommodation was excellent, spotlessly clean, helpful, friendly staff and the choice at breakfast substantial. My wife is wheelchair bound but the management were very helpful giving us a ground floor room with easy access and good turning spaces. There is also a ramped entrance to the rear. After we had won the game, the night porter opened the bar at 2am for us despite being a Bayern supporter. Ingolstadt old town is beautiful with plenty of bars and restaurants. I'm told they build Audis there and its certainly Vorsprung durch excellent service as far as the Altstadthotel is concerned. We will return.
