Review 7：Located on a pedestrian / walking street along the old town square in city. next to Lazarus Church and the medieval fort. I requested for an early check-in, it was approved, I request for a late check-out, it was approved also, even on a off season time, some hotel would not have approved it. The reception personnel were very helpful in advise on what to do in the city. Breakfast were good, will fresh fruits and juices, fried eggs and everything you would want for breakfast. very close to Finikoudes Beach, 8min by car from Mackenzie beach, 5min walking to the bus station to reach Ayia napa within 40min by bus. without forgetting the best Cristal clear beaches which let us do the best scuba diving next to Zenobia Wreck.

Review 22：The smell of smoke occured in the room from time to time. It seemed it was coming from the bathroom. The windows were not possible to open, so the room could be aired only by the air conditioner.

Review 23：The hotel is located in the historical part of Larnaca close to the seaside promenade. My room was spatious and comfotable. The pleasant surprise were the iron and ironing desk in the standard hotel room. So I did't have to look for it all over the hotel. The breakfast was a regular buffet.

Review 28：when I book and pre-pay for 2 double rooms with balconies then I would expect to be allocated them on arrival. What I actually got was 1 x double room with no balcony and 1 x triple room with no balcony. The night porter was very apologetic but this is still unacceptable when I have already paid for the rooms I required.

Review 38：The rooms are in bad need of an upgrade. Apart from the pillow top for the mattress, the rooms were very 1950's in looks with dark wood bed heads and wardrobes. The only change had been a flat screen TV. The bathroom had no vanity and the water was only tepid.

Review 47：The hotel is excellent for travelers who like to spend their vacation not only by the sea, but in the city as well. It's quite close to Larnaca airport. All cafes, restaurants, bars and the beach are 100 meters away from the hotel. The room&bathroom were spacious and clean. The hotel is very tidy and comfortable. Air-conditioning is rather effective. The staff is helpful and attentive. My flight back was late in the evening, yet I could pay only €40 and stayed in my room till 8 p.m. If I come back to Larnaca again, I'll surely stay in Livadhiotis hotel.

Review 48：changed room twice -1st time we found two cockroaches in our room near wardrobe - 2nd time air-conditioning system broke out, and nights are too hot to sleep without it. We were told it was not first time. - Stains on the bed covers - Stuffy elevators and public spaces without air conditioning (except lobby) - Shabby towels (not so important, but not nice) - Very noisy street (it could be hard to fall asleep) - Poor quality foods for breakfast ( tasteless tomatoes and watermelon, awful juice, bad coffee, only salty butter )
